UPDATE FOOD> Today I changed it up thanks to the new menu 😄 I tried a scoop of Cranberry Kelli which was FANTASTIC! It features a combination of dried, sweetened cranberries and slivered almonds mixed with their signature all-white-meat chicken salad. I went for my favorite side of broccoli 🥦 salad which I swear was in a smaller size container than before 🤔( I compared it to the Mac n cheese of the person next to me, but perhaps they ordered something else) The red velvet was fresh and moist and that little cookie was the perfect final bite 😋

FOOD> I usually just have a scoop, but the Gal was so nice to offer me a same of Sassy Scotty when I mentioned I saw the promotional poster advertising the Bacon Cheddar Chick Melt:This sandwich features your choice of Chicken Salad Chick's chicken salad, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, all served on a toasted croissant> so I went for it and this is what I got. It was sure delicious!!! I got my favorite broccoli 🥦 salad as a side and it was the perfect accompanyment...and that COOKIE 💕 it is UTTER CONFECTION PERFECTION

Not surprised to see a couple of reviews about rude employees, specifically the ones at the front counter. The lady who took my order did not listen as I had to repeat what I wanted nearly three times and when the food came out, I told her it was not what I ordered and I repeated what I told her at the front. She says “you didn’t say that,” ??? I definitely did, she just didn’t listen as I had to keep repeating myself. I won’t be back on account of her being so rude. Seems to me like they need to do something about this.

Work for EMS came in placed an order. Was on this side of town and usually never am. They left out my main thing I ordered (the soup) called to speak to a manager about a refund. She said she can’t do a refund without me being there in person. If i had the time to go back there on shift in person I would just get my soup! And then she wanted to argue with me as if I was in the wrong. There employees forgot it not me. Only giving a review because of the manager and her attitude. Actually won’t go to any chicken salad chicks again! One star reviews matter to me because we are in the customer service business! I guess there not!

Disappointed that chicken salad chick decided to discontinue their egg salad, that was the only thing I could eat here, we have catered from them in the past and the food was good but will have to look elsewhere in the future.

I’ve visited many CSC’s this one is top notch. Clean, friendly staff.
Ordered through DD potato soup was watered down and my half sandwich was a piece/corner of a sandwich. Very disappointed because I couldn’t leave work to get this corrected. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. The food is tasty but you definitely don’t receive what you pay for. I will not frequent at the Greenville location again.
