Chicken Salad Chick

My wife and I visited Chicken Salad Chick on 7/29/25 and took our order to go. Once we got home and began eating, we discovered a plastic bread clip mixed into my wife's chicken salad. This was very concerning, as it poses a serious safety risk. We expected better quality control and hope the store addresses this issue promptly.

Walked in waited 3 minutes no service, walked out

I had heard everyone rave about the chicken salad- So thought I'd give it a try-I ordered the traditional on a croissant- very disappointing. The croissant was stale cold and dry- very little chicken salad average in flavor. Although the vanilla cookie was the star!
Overall not a great experience.

I love going to this place! The man who usually takes my order, John, always greets me with a warm smile, immediately makes you feel welcome, and is very knowledgeable about the menu, making sure to provide me with excellent recommendations for the day. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and attentive. The dining area is always kept clean and tidy, and I love the music that’s always playing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant lunch experience with delicious, fresh food!!

The staff is so lovely, but the basil lemon chicken salad was so salty I couldn't eat it. I ordered the broccoli salad with no bacon, but after checking it before I left, I found that they put bacon on it anyway. They changed it right away. Still, I couldn't eat the chicken salad. When I say salty, I mean really salty and there was no lemon taste, only salt and basil. My first visit to CSC and I guess it's not for me. It would have been nice as a first time visitor to be offered a sample before ordering.Response to your response...I did state that you fixed the bacon problem. Unfortunately, the chicken salad was inedible.

Always friendly

I ended up here with a coworker recently. Last minute, she wanted to change our lunch date to here. I'm glad we did. We got there before the lunch crowd really kicked in.The staff was very kind and friendly. I was able to sample a little of the salad I was interested in before making my decision. I already had my options in mind before arriving.I ended up getting one scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne, and one scoop of Sassy Scotty. After tasting both, next time I will opt for two of the Kickin' Kay Lynne. It was delicious, tasty, and fresh. As we ate lunch, the staff walked around and continued to be wonderful. Our visit was such a pleasant experience.
