My full cup of drink just crushed in my hand. So now I'm out $4 because I had to buy a new drink. The cups and serving traysare extremely flimsy. I love the food and the staff and store is always great, but everything the food is served with is poorly made.

Went through the drive through and ordered a trio and kids meal. They forgot the scoop for my trio and gave me the wrong type of soup. Check your orders before driving away.

Chicken Salad Chick is a favorite of mine, especially the Fancy Nancy flavor. This location was really clean and had great customer service. The restaurant is well maintained and the staff seemed to take pride in their service.

The service at this location was horrible. I waited 25 minutes for a lunch order of two sandwiches. They didn't even start on them until I asked what was taking so long. Good chicken salad but horrible service.

I have been a frequent patron of Chicken Salad Chick and it has gone well at the Garlington location up until today. I placed my order online and went in to pick it up. Normally, the orders are on a rack waiting for pickup but today the orders were behind the register which meant waiting in line to pick up. The Assistant Manager was at the register and he was not so kind when I asked for my order. Hope the day gets better for him along with his customer service.

You don’t have ?? Ice in August. Seems like you could go to a supermarket and get a some…like we do when we run out of ice at home. We will be back and love the food. Get some ice!

Ok, I guess this is the only way to management to take notice.
You need to address your equipment malfunction and employees laziness.
Your ice machine has repeatedly broken over the last six months. Your employees obviously don't care.
They know it is broken and instead of alerting the customer, they give them a cup only for the customer to find out there is no ice.
This last time was enough for me to write a review. A five star business gets a one star because of something that should be easy to fix.
My last visit I brought it again to the attention of a young male employee. I suggested he at least make a sign and put it on the machine, "No Ice". He said he would do that and went back to his job never addressing this ongoing issue.
Look, if your ice machine is broken and you have ice in the back, offer the customer a cup filled with ice. Don't make the customer stand at the machine, trying to get ice and find out your employees knew it was broken.
Last, why are you expecting customers to pay a tip for zero service? Has everyone forgotten we tip based on service, no punching in an order and that the total service provided?
If I go to a restaurant and the server busts their but serving me, they get a great tip.
Service is more than punching in an order in a computer.
This is your company trying to get the public to pay wages. You should be ashamed.
I love your food, but you make the rest of the experience a bad taste.

I went thru the drive thru for a salad and fancy nancy cs. I must say i was disappointed in the BROWN lettuce in my salad. I didnt expect this from CSC like some other fast foods that give you bad lettuce! the salad maker needs to pull out the wilted, old lettuce. the chicken salad was yummm.
