So I ordered the house salad and soup Togo, and open it to find a very lacking salad. The soup was fine, but the salad was in a small container and the container wasn’t even full. Attached is a picture from the website of the soup/salad I ordered and a picture of the salad I got. Mind you I have super small hands and the salad made them look huge. Honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice for how pitiful the salad looked, my coworkers literally laughed when I pulled it out of my bag.

I went to Chiles in April and had me a meal that costed almost $18...I had the hot honey big mozzarella sticks, entree that i ordered and took home got home to eat it and it tasted so nasty. I immediately called chili's to speak to a manager and tell her my experience no manager, so I had to come backout all the way from my house to go to the restaurant, after waiting about 20mins. I finally got a manger to explain the situation. The manager apologized and promised from the date in April in 2wks, my money will be put back on my debit card and I will get a gift card digital gift card from chilies in my email,to try a meal again from them. I never received my money back on my debit card and no email from them. I had to call corporate on this particular restaurant, still no resolve. I want my situation resolved.

So mid way eating we notice there was a few pieces of hair in the bacon ranch burger patties as well before that the classic nachos were so greasy and the cheese was slightly burnt around the edges the manager Stan gave us a rude looks looking back twice as well as the rest of the servers. NOT A WELL MANAGED PLACE! AT ALL…

The food here is great and reasonably priced. However, my goodness, they give you so much food that it's virtually impossible to eat it all. Another plate for home! Be sure to get the cheese sticks!! You can't go wrong. Chili's has whatever you want. The reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 is because it was so packed in there that it caused me and my guest limited conversation. Give them a try!

My food was GREAT! I boxed it the second I got it, though. could not stand to sit there any longer and watch 1. My bartender on his phone and 2. The host on his phone. No manager in site! I do Thai for a living! Keep your employees off the phone! YOU DO NOT PAY THEM TO SCROLL! Now I will take my food home and heat it up!

My friend and I came here after a long day out. It took a solid 10-15 minutes to even be greeted. I had to ask the host stand for our server and afterwards, all I saw were the hosts looking at their phones and goofing off.
By the time our server came, we were ready to order. I asked for burger bites with no bacon bits and black beans with no pico. Of course it comes out with bacon bits and pico.
I have worked in the restaurant industry. I understand newer servers tend to struggle. That is no excuse. You can always ask for help if you need it.
