We go to this Chilis frequently and we have always enjoyed the food and service. The food is good and the prices are great.
I give their food a 5 star. Sometimes there service is as low as a 3. Just depends who you get. One thing I have learned though, is that even with bad service, my meal was always awesome! They really do know how to make some ribs and street corn. The house bbq is the best flavor to have. Steaks are better than long horn. Prices are normal for this type of restaurant.
All around bad experience. Waitress kept leaning over our table swinging her hair around our food. Refused to write anything down. Order was wrong and they realized it when it was done. Came to us to verify the order but never actually stayed at our table to verify the order and took off before we could say anything. Had to wait while they did our order again. There were things that were still wrong. The waitress kept yelling at us from a distance and we were supposed to know they were talking to us.
Got here for the amazing advertised ribs and low and behold they don't have any ribs! To make matters worse, our server didn't tell us until after we ordered and waited. Waited a long while and then finally food comes out and I don't even get my food after having to substitute what I wanted! Waited again and then my food finally comes. Server rarely came to check on us and we had to have another server fill up our drinks. Worst first Chili's experience ever, I would never come back again. At least not to this place.
Where to start...arrived at 5:37. seems like restaurants as a whole have begun the downward spiral of disappointments. We enter with an immediate 20 min wait with several tables available. I guess for me I would prefer the hostess to say I'm sorry we have limited seating due to a low amount of servers since that's why we had to wait-no big deal. Face forward, we are seated (there are 6 of us) in what our hostess calls “a large booth†but...it's not. We aren't small people but we don't typically have problems sitting in booths-lol. Anyway, we are elbow to elbow and I complain to the server. Eventually we did get an extra seat, so for the remainder of the experience we were all set...............(time is passing).........26 minutes later we are ready to order (we were ready before but our server has too many tables at this point. We order and wait and wait and...you guessed it...wait to get our appetizer. Thanks for the loaded fries and no ranch-oh wait 10 minutes later he comes back with the ranch. 5 minutes later...our food comes. 2 of us get our food and we'll they forgot several things. We got our food and it appears to be correct-that's a plus. Here the child is still without food and still no food. Why we had to tell our server that children should be served first-at this point it's been forever (do the math). Still waiting for the food and my friend ordered gluten free (which we told the server at the beginning of the meal) but they brought boneless wings (which are breaded)-I guess they wanted to kill her. If you can't tell by this point, we are still here and I'm still typing to give just an exact replica of what we are experiencing. Presentation of food looks good but they still haven't brought out the other half of our guests food as well as the gluten mistake either. Still waiting on other food because they somehow are just so far behind. My brother did finally get his food but they are still working on fixing the gluten free mistake (that we made very specific at the beginning). It's 7:40, still no wings for my gluten free friend. He said 2 minutes the last time he came around, but it's been longer and still nothing. I will say my food was good as were the other guests as well. The manger did come out and apologize, but in my opinion, that was the very least that should have been done giving how long and what all went wrong during this visit. We are nearly finished at this point and my friend still doesn't have her wings. I ended up waiting to finish reviewing after I ate my food. Once we got my friend's wings we decided we would just eat at home because it took so long and the child we had needed to go to bed. Left at 8:10. The food was pretty good once we got it all. They corrected the mistakes but they only served us one at a time so the first person was done well before the last of us got our food (we had 6 total-not a party). I'm ranting at this point I believe but anyway, we decided to ask for checks. Checks were an absolute nightmare. Vincent (our server) said that we could go ahead and pay since we were using cards but we later found out that wasn't correct because they hadn't discounted our food. Manager said 50% off so we waited...and waited...and waited because the computer wouldn't update. Fast forward, we got it updated and the 2 adults and child got theirs paid and ended up leaving (poor baby HAD to go to bed). We stayed to pay our bill but it kept being wrong. Why couldn't we just get a paper bill instead of the computer-IDK! We went back and forth with the machine and then finally got it corrected (took 3 people) we paid and told them we appreciate their help but that it shouldn't take 3 people to do one thing throughout our experience. We do not plan to go back and we want to tell everyone that as well.
