I used to love going to this location. It is walking distance from my apartment. I cannot wait forever for a meal. It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. I was going to redeem my 2/1 burrito coupon that was sent to me. They have one guy working in the line. I do not fault the employees of this business. With varying factors of running out of products to out of the ordinary wait times, this is 100% on the management. It used to be a quick and efficient restaurant. I think Bruce was the name of the manager who had everything flowing efficiently. If he is at another location, please beg him to come back. I am going to try a different location. I think even with the drive, the overall time to get food will be quicker.

Had a bad experience in another store and I showed my messed up burrito and my receipt and they were very apologetic and rectified the situation. 10/10 service loved the staff, and better servings, this location has never given me a bad experience.

Food is always good but not a lot of it but really this review is because of a worker. We went inside around 4pm today to order our food like usual and it was fine until the little white lady was making our burritos and got bothered by us customizing our food. We like all of the toppings which is a hassle but it’s what we like. She eventually stopped talking and didn’t even tell us our total. Just rung us up and we had to grab our own food across the counter. Hopefully someone teaches her about customer service because she seems to be young and not know much about it. An unfortunate way to be ending my day.

If you go while a certain guy is working you will get a fat portion. I went back again and it was not the same. The cashier was nice and honest. Unfortunately a lot of stuff they have doesnt work. Including the people apparently. The dining area was trashed both times i went. I cleaned it up cause it looked like they needed to learn how to do it.

Terrible portions. Gave me at most 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl even after asking nicely if he could add more chicken. Someone tell me if there is a decent chipotle around. All the workers act like you inconvenienced them by walking in the door.

This chipotle has a sign on the door that says now open later. I want about 8:30 PM on a Tuesday and the first thing I was told is that they were out of a lot of things. No veggies, a lot of the meat gone, no cheese. I went in for the Carne Asada, which they did have plenty, but it was overcooked and dry and tough. No sweet tea. There’s no point of staying open late if you don’t have anything to serve.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the worst place to get food ever! The last 4 times I have been there they did not have the vinaigrette and today no chicken. Who does there planning? Wow just wow, I will no longer frequent this Chipotle

Chipotle has to be the most stingy company on the planet in terms of portions. I always get a 3 pointer burrito, and they give me half a scoop of rice and half a scoop of chicken. When I tell them I want a little more chicken atleast they give me literally 2 pieces. Im sick and tired of them giving us small portions that dont even fill you.

This place needs to be shut down! They don’t keep the bathroom or the dining room clean. Some of the staff are rude. I reached out to corporate and that’s just a waste of time! But with the pictures and videos hopefully the health department would be of help stay safe and stay away

On September 8, 2025, I visit this location (Haywood) I noticed an employee by the name of Andrew Was taking orders and managing Money with the same gloves, cross contamination! He then started taking my order with the same gloves on that he just manage Money with and in the process table Tags fell into the sauce. He takes them out with them, same dirty gloves on when I asked him to change his gloves and too switch the sauce out because everything was contaminated at this point he caught a attitude and said the money never touched his gloves. It was on the receipt. (Pathetic) I reminded him that I saw him take the cash from the lady hand. Take the receipt give her her change with the same gloves that he just served her food with.at this point I decided not to Do any Business and to take my money elsewhere. Before leaving, I did speak to the manager While speaking to the manager, the snob Andrew continue to be disrespectful not one time did the manager ask him to De-escalate, he never asked him to change his gloves, but agree with me that I was right that he’s supposed to change his gloves The manager was informed about the sauce and everything he touch with the nasty gloves on being contaminated and he still Never changed anything out either. Chipotle, I need y’all to do better. with training your managers and staff with better customer service and to not cross contaminate things. People work too hard to earn their money not to pay for contaminated food with a bad attitude.
