This is the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. They only had us to attend to with 5 employees not one person was cleaning and on top of that they didn’t really have any food out. Customer service was horrible as well. I will never be going back to the location. Please do better. VERY DISGUSTING. I literally drove down to the mauldin location instead because I know they have better customer service and are cleaner (that says a lot).

This is the worst Chipotle outlet I have visited. They were out of almost everything i wanted and they were making me feel like I am the bad guy for asking what's on the menu. On top of that they made all the orders uneven in size and every time I had to ask them to make it even. Like whatever happened to customer service!
Vegetarian options: I asked for veggie bowl and they were out of it. The attendant blatantly asked we are out and didn't even offer to make it. I had to force them to make it and that's when everything went wrong.

Placed order online for pick up at 12:10. Picked up at 12:15. My food was cold, they left off my cheese, sour cream and salsa. I’m not even sure it was the right protein. I even tipped to make sure my order was right. I used my lunch break to go pick up the food to find out that they only included 2 of my items I actually asked for. This isn’t the first time I’ve been screwed over by this location when I order online.

Two of the last three times I’ve been here it’s been online ordering only. All of the chairs are put away to prevent people from staying and eating. There’s no food at the front line as they will only make it in the back. Why is this location constantly shutting itself to eat-in customers?
Between this location and the *bleep*-show of the other location on woodruff road, it has me reconsidering eating chipotle again.
These franchise owners need to do better.

$14 for hardly 2/3 a scoop a brisket? Kinda dirty facility… do better on the protein portions. Seriously!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting—dirty floors, trash overflowing, and just overall concerning. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To make matters worse, my food was cold and lacked the fresh flavor I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. The experience felt unsanitary and unappetizing. Also the employee was very rude. While I was in the restroom the employee tried to push the door open and when I yelled someone is in here she knocked again and shook the door. The employees seem like they don’t want to do their job let alone be there. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
