I truly hate to write negative reviews but this is BAD. This is the second time in 2 months I've been here and wont be returning. The restaurant is dirty- if they're allowing the front to look the way it does I'd hate to see the back. They are consistently out of things (dressing, steak, guac, chips). I totally get a "one off" busy night where things are out but this is consistent. To top it off I was charged extra for guac I didn't receive. Disappointing.

The food is 5 Star, the order was completely incorrect and the service was horrible 1 Star. I would recommend calling in the order to and ask for a name for who took to get it right.I would the rewards program.What I Received was not what I requested. The bowl which contained no cheese, No fresh tomato Salsa, No Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, No sour Cream, No fajita veggies, absolutely no cheese, no chili corn Salsa, no extra pinto beans, and no romaine lettuce. I had to ask for my rewards Chips and salsa. The server could care less and I left a $2 Dollar tip hopefully to get the order right I thought.Well no such luck. I finally received the very stale chips and the correct Salsa. It was not that busy but looked like a madhouse. This place deserves 0 stars and I hate that im even wasting my time reviewing this place. So dirty outside, never has the full menu of food, staff is always grumpy, literally have never had a good experience here. Go to the Chipotle on S Main st In Mauldin if youre in GVL. That place is by far the best.

Out of all of the Chipotle restaurants in the area, this is the best one I've visited. We have come here for years and their food is always hot and fresh, the meat isn't dried out from sitting too long on the hot bar, and service is always good. On busy days during rush time the lobby can get a bit messy with customers leaving trash around, but they're generally good about cleaning up from that and leaving enough seating with clean tables for everyone.

Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to; I will not be returning. The restaurant was dirty and I immediately had a bad feeling about consuming their food. While my meal tasted fine, I later had food poisoning which lasted for multiple days and effectively ruined my weekend. Cleanliness standards need to be changed for this location- my experience was unacceptable.

The place was disgusting. Food on most tables, all over the floor. The area they slide your food across was covered in smeared dried food. Never will go again.
Staff could be friendlier. Store is also not the cleanest.

DO THEY EVEN WORK HERE???? I have tried this chipotle many of times and every single EVERY SINGLE time I go they are out of something and it doesn’t matter what time it is I have came an hour after they have open I have come in the middle of the day I have come at night before they close . I honestly feel like they don’t restock their items and just say they are out just so they don’t have to work. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN THESE WORKERS NEED TO FIRED. Since this last visit I will only be going to the one on Pelham Rd. This is actually ridiculous

My order was done 5 minutes earlier than the pickup time. They had a great portion size and the employees were very friendly. This was the most cost effective meal via portion size that I've had in a long while.
