I went to Chipotle on one of the worst days of our lives and Darlene, who worked at Chipotle that day, was the only bright spot on that very dark day.
Long story short, on July 17, we found out about a tragic loss of my daughter’s best friend who was like another daughter to myself. Both my daughters were devastated, and we had to get out of the house. I took them to Chipotle to try to get them to eat something, and was met by Darlene. She took our order, and she could see we were all upset, and asked if we were okay. My girls barely ordered anything, and Darlene, not being nosy but being a mama at heart, asked if they were okay, and one of my girls started to cry, and told her why we were all upset. Without hesitation, Darlene came around the counter, and hugged three strangers. She held all three of us while we cried. Everything stopped in the entire restaurant, and everyone that day allowed us to mourn loud and messy without judgment, and truly brought a small amount of peace to me and my babies that day.
I have been wanting to leave this review for some time, but I have not been able to write this, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I want Darlene to know this mama is so grateful for her.
Thank you for holding us together in a moment where we were all about to fall apart. I am convinced Darlene is an earth angel. 💜

When I stopped by the manager Jaddiah Quarles assisted me. She made sure my meal was prepared correctly. She also was very efficient. I enjoyed seeing her and her staff work diligently to prepare meals for in- person customers and to go pick up orders. Its refreshing to see young people work hard. They all made sure the working areas were clean. They deserve a raise! Great job!

I ordered a steak bowl for takeout, but when I got home, there was no steak at all in it. I had to drive back to get it fixed. When I explained what happened, the manager’s response was, “I didn’t do it, that wasn’t me”. Also said that I should have opened and checked before leaving. Seriously? It’s not the customer’s job to quality-check the kitchen’s mistakes. No apology, no accountability, just excuses. If this is how management handles mistakes, it says a lot about this place. Very disappointing, won’t be coming back.

Went here on a Sunday for lunch and it was great. Then every time we go during the week for dinner its different employees and it’s awful with yesterday being the worst yet. Rice so hard we threw away almost 30$ in food. Employees wouldn’t even pay attention when making our food because she was too concerned with running outside to talk to people. Given this place enough chances to know it’s not a one time issue as far as week days go. Either this location has no management or one who is terrible and never around. Awful.

They always screw something up. Order is always wrong or they forget something.
Their defective card reader which looks like it was struck violently with a hammer, makes you slide your card a counted 52 times to get it to go through.
Almost everyone working here is unnecessarily rude.
Go to the chipotle on Pelham much better food,people, transaction…….

me and my coworker ordered off doordash to do a pickup not delivery , our coworker goes to pick it up while we are working and they let somebody else get our food . they refused to remake our order and that’s sad. i’m going to call better bureau business cause we spent money on food we didn’t even get.

Absolutely filthy!!! Food all over the counter. Poor service. Needs a manager. We were ignored when we arrived. Horrible experience!!!
Terrible experience at this Chipotle. The customer service was awful—we were barely acknowledged, and the employees were all talking among themselves. We actually had to ask for attention just to place our order. When they finally spoke to us, it was barely enough to get the order through. The place was dirty and disorganized. By far, the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

I love chipotle, I’ve worked at chipotle, I’ve eated at chipotle in multiple states…this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. It actually turned me off from wanting to eat at chipotle ever again. The rice was cold, each of the meat options was bone dry (except the pulled meat which was still cold), and my tortillas were so hard, stale and flaky despite being warmed up on the side. Some of the employees had an attitude like they hated their jobs, tossed our bowls and lids to the register. They didn’t have any trays so we struggled to carry all of our stuff to get out the line fast. The tables were dirty, I mean we sat there for an hour and no one came to clean the old or new dirty tables. Overall…very disappointed with the food, environment, the staff and quality of dining experience. The crazy part is it wasn’t even that busy for the tables to not be clean!
