Sad to say the service here is terrible. Walked in at 7pm, half the restaurant was being closed down as the worker asked us to sit at the high top table by the door (with 4 children including a toddler). Apparently paying customers are not their top priority. Food portions were so small/sad compared to every other Chipotle we go to, including the meat being cold. We usually get hot meat, with full size bowls, but these bowls here are about half in portion size. As we were getting up to leave, the worker that was closing down the restaurant asked us to put our sauce back before we even got the chance to collect our drinks to go. Rude. I usually even wipe the tables down after the kiddos. These guys here are just disrespectful. The weather is not severe, 42° outside, not sure what the super early closing nonsense was all about and cranky attitudes.

This is the worst Chipotle we have been in. Gave it 7 tries and all were poor. Always out of chicken or steak, restaurant is dirty, to go orders wrong, slow. Drive to another location if you want Chipotle

Half the time this location is missing several food items. Don't ever order delivery. You will get a half empty bowl of lettuce a sour cream. This place is overpriced and they do not care about the customer. They dont even offer an apology. I will never eat here again.

After I paid for my order, I realized that the older white man at the cashier had charged me the wrong amount. When I went back to ask about it, he responded with a snarky attitude but said he would refund me the difference. He started doing the math in his head, saying it was easier that way. I trusted that he would handle the situation professionally, especially since he had the receipt in his hand. However, when I got home, I realized he had only refunded me a little more than half of what I was owed. The issue wasn’t just that I didn’t receive the full amount back—it was the unprofessional and dismissive way he handled the situation.

My son likes it, I did not eat. The chairs, floor, and tables are covered in food bits and trash. Pictures are our table, but every one is like this.

This is one of the worst locations for pickup. The people working the pickup line are extremely rude when you come in. I don't understand how they stay employed when it's obvious they don't want to help out or have any customer service skills.

The carne asada steak is not that tasty, stick with the chicken. Service is great, the place needs some sun blocking blinds. Squinting through dinner is not ideal.

Employees were nice. Carne Asada meat was cold. Not warm, cold. $21 for one person is outrageous. I had a carne Asada bowl with chips and a drink.

One of the worse mobile pickup experiences that I've seen. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and then another few minutes at the window to be greeted. My food was already prepared. Why so slow?

Best chipotle food around in terms of quality. Atmosphere is always great, really good music. Amari on the front is the best!! She was the only one holding it down, while keeping a positive attitude and great customer service. I can’t say the same for her two other coworkers (heavy set man with short hair and dude with pony tail) that were refusing to help her despite her communicating she needed help on line. She needs a raise!

This is the closest Chipotle to my house and work, so I go often. Some of the employees are so rude. It truly feels like they just don’t want to work there. It’s very uncomfortable and makes me never want to order in person. The portions are so small, I have to basically beg to get more lettuce in a salad. They’re also always out of what I want - fajita veggies, dressing, etc. the guacamole is almost always brown. I’m not sure why this location is so bad, but it is. I’d rather go to Woodruff Rd or Haywood Rd.
