Repeatedly slow service, there will be 4 people behind the counter and I’ll be standing alone in line for 5-7 minutes before one comes up to me.

First off, i do not even like Chipotle. Unseasoned food and badly wrapped burritos. UNTIL TODAY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT WIZARD IS IN THE KITCHEN BUT KEEP THEM. The two guys on the make line, super nice and friendly. They suggested the new honey chicken and gave me a sample like what you get at the mall from the Chinese Joint. AMAZING. I come back and said YEP. BOTH them guys hit me with the ole razzle dazzle and delivered a masterpiece. Thought one guy was going to cross contaminate and shake hands with the gloves on. NOPE. Gave them the good ole elbow and kept rolling my burrito like a Willie Nelson special. I had to text my wife and tell her how good this is. Took the burrito to Taco Bell and told them they could learn something. AMAZING. WILL. BE. BACK.

. There is no way to reach the store. You have to go through automated calls that never direct you the store itself. So it’s impossible to change something on an order after you’ve placed it. Extremely inconvenient.

I understand if you don’t make certain items and I asked for it, and to be told no would make sense. But to be told no I couldn’t order something inside, but if I went over in the corner and placed an order online that they would make it. Absolutely makes no sense

There’s a Chipotle just a few mins from my house but after stopping by this location, they won over my patronage. Not only is the store always clean, but their crew is incredibly friendly. The camaraderie amongst this crew is next level so that’s a job well done w/whomever does the hiring. I order Chipotle about 4-5x/week and out of the past 2 months, I’ve only had one order that was messed up (regardless of the reason, 1 order having an issue out of 40 orders is as close to perfect as it gets). Some of the employees that are mainly the reason for me changing my go to store to this one are Shavonne, Amy, Mars, Kayla/Kelsey, Jayda, & Majayda. If anyone ever has an issue, I can guarantee that Shavonne/Amy will make it right-they take pride in this store and are an absolute asset when it comes to being a hard worker as well as a representative of what Chipotle stands for. Try this location and you’ll see what I’m talking about. They never disappoint and in some rare circumstance, they don’t meet your expectations, I can guarantee you they’ll make it right!

This is my friend and mine go-to after church on a Sunday because we can always find a seat, it's affordable and, as always, it's yummy food. Service is good, the bathrooms are clean, the atmosphere is cozy, and you can hear one another talk! Keep up the great work!

Updated review: I had previously reported that this location was stingy with portions. I'm thrilled to say that the last 4 times I've been here, the portions have been consistently perfect. They are NEVER out of chips or other vital items. Skip Haywood and Woodruff, and come here.

Ordered a quesadilla through the mobile app-only chicken and cheese on it as easy as it gets. When I get home and open my box there is literally 4 cubes of chicken on each side of the quesadilla. It is mostly a Cooke tortilla. Reached out to support and all they said was “I’ll let team lead know.” This was my last try with chipotle im officially done. This is about the 3rd time my order has been wrong or so ridiculously small it’s not even funny.

The first thing I noticed was employees were having a great time in the kitchen talking to each other and it took a full 60 seconds for anyone to approach the counter to help me. I also noticed that the countertop where the food is being served was absolutely filthy and I know they had time to clean it up because they were having such a great time when I showed up! Dining room was dirty and the drink bar was absolutely in need of being cleaned. Food was good and the young lady who waited on me was friendly. If only they took time to clean their restaurant. Sad.
