I ordered food to-go for my wife to pick-up at this location. When she got to the drive thru window, I was on the phone with her at the time, the employee opened the window and instructed her to come inside and pick it up off the shelf.

I’m sorry, but what’s the point in a drive-thru window if you’re going to instruct someone who has paid for their food and is already at the drive-thru to park their car just to go inside and pick up their food? Just terrible...

Food was good, but Michael made the experience great! Very attentive, stellar customer service, and the reason I’m making this review. The kitchen seemed veryyy short staffed but everyone was incredibly gracious and hard working so I appreciated the effort they put into making it a good experience despite the lack of staff.

10/10 customer service from aldred (i’m so sorry if that’s very wrong but i couldn’t hear him very well) he was so nice and made sure our food was perfect our burrito was really soggy and he went out of his way to double wrap it and make sure it wasn’t leaking . give that man a raise!
