Food was cold. Restaurant was as a filthy mess. Spilled liquid all over the floor. My food wasn’t bagged and quantity was very low. You get more food when you order inside VS mobile order but a sign on the door said due to lack of staffing that they were not taking orders in person and only mobile orders.

Terribly ran Chipotle. Consistently out of everything, chips are stale, service is slow, and for some reason, when you order tacos, they wrap them up in a big wad of tin foil. This has happened to us multiple times.

We had a great customer experience with the staff at this location. Very friendly and courteous and even asked if we wanted a full or half scoop of the spicy salsa. We will be back I’m sure.

I typically enjoy eating at Chipotle and understand the stigma of their portion sizes, however, that does not mean that they can make us pay for food that is inedible. The workers were polite and respectful, I understand how working in fast food works, and from the sogginess of the mild salsa and how much brown lettuce is put on display, this store is not being run well. Hearing from coworkers who give this place a chance, agree that the store manager is incompetent. Especially when the lobby is flooded, a huge hazard! As well as the flies accumulating around the food and drinks. It almost makes me believe that this store is run by completely different people! I would honestly rather eat at the almost worser Woodruff location.

Food was alright. Restaurant empty but literally all tables dirty.

They finally wiped the tables before we left and it was half assed.

Bathrooms are locked, but they’ve put a small post it note on a wall surrounded by other things and acknowledge that no one ever sees it (duh).

It’s a low bar peeps. Hire a manager that semi cares. Stop wrecking an established brand!
