Food was cold. Restaurant was as a filthy mess. Spilled liquid all over the floor. My food wasn’t bagged and quantity was very low. You get more food when you order inside VS mobile order but a sign on the door said due to lack of staffing that they were not taking orders in person and only mobile orders.
We had a great customer experience with the staff at this location. Very friendly and courteous and even asked if we wanted a full or half scoop of the spicy salsa. We will be back I’m sure.
I’ve been to multiple chipotle restaurants and never once been charged extra for a small container of sour cream but apparently this place does thing differently bc I was charged nearly $2 for a cup of sour cream. And very stingy with the portions. Won’t be coming back to this location again. Cava will do.
