We had an amazing experience here for my daughter's birthday party. The venue was clean, the staff was all really helpful and professional, and the party host was amazing! The kids had an absolute blast. Chuck E. Cheese was 10/10 for this birthday party!!

Over price I paid $200 ,new trampoline in the building not included with the rest of the games pay additional $12 per child, customer service is very bad the employees just walk around and then the manager comes out she does nothing to help the situations only 1 person at the front register
I was really impressed with the party package experience. Staff were very helpful with pizza and cake service. The games section was in a tight space so it was hard to walk around without bumping into people. Everyone was friendly and having fun tho so we did too.

Our first birthday party here and the woman helping us with the party was amazing! I forgot her name but she was very helpful. She put the candles on the cake for us and cut/served the slices. She was AWESOME. Very impressed with their birthday parties!! Definitely will consider coming again for our next birthday party!

Spent $100 asked to upgrade a cup for baby sign said $2.29 but girl already totaled my order so said I had to pay $5 for it. Like call a manager to fix it I just spent $100.

A medium pizza costs too much. All we got with the medium pizza and 2 cup of water and it's almost almost $20. Just a pepperoni.
