They didn't have anyone checking at the door to make sure adults were leaving with the right kids like they normally do. Other than that it was great. I love that you can pay for a certain number of games or for a certain number of minutes!

Terrible experience, nearly every game was broken, it would let you play but you would get no tickets or part of the game wouldn’t work. Slow and rude staff, staff didn’t even know what the reloadable bracelets were, finally got them to figure out what the bracelets are and sell me one and then it broke before we even left. Also the souvenir cup broke within 5 minutes of buying it. Spent $100 here on 1 child and he played 60 games and only got 250 tickets. We can go to Frankie’s and spend the same amount and get thousands of tickets and walk out with bags of prizes. Never going back, going to Frankie’s in 2 weeks, will spend $200-$300 there instead.

Prices have gotten way out of control and the card to play games is ridiculous especially if u have more than one kid . But it does help if u get the monthly card special but I don’t want to do that sometimes and just play by the day .
Just moved to the area, I love the lay out it's very smart and flows easily. My only issue is everytime we go we wait an obnoxious amount of time before anyone comes out to check you in.. also I've been there 3 times now and never been hand stamped, Maybe they just don't do that here I'm not sure. It also sucks to purchase jump tickets and no one else does i feel foolish for spending 12 bucks when everyone else just jumps for free. I will continue to pay though because otherwise I'm sending mixed messages to my kid that you only follow rules when someone's watching.. meh

Would not recommend for birthday parties! They made our baby girls day not special at all!!!party was at 530pm they didnt have our table set til 600pm...host wasn't hosting...none of their promises were held up in the online submission. I will have to say if it wasn't for the manager jumping on to it and doing his best and the awards counter lady I would have walked out and said I'm done. Everyone else didn't take the time to try. I didn't even know who my host was! It was not a good time at all!!! My husband and I were so much more stressed out and embarrassed about this whole situation.

I hadn't been to see Charles since the 90's. However, his place is much brighter, cleaner, and more pleasant than I recall in the days of my youth.
Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and we got the summer pass which is a great value for our boys. The games here definitely skew a bit younger than a traditional arcade. The food is also quite expensive in my opinion. But overall definitely worth a visit!

Food was ok, games awesome but the staff... I didn't care tht young girl had earbuds it's whatever but damn have I never seen someone who just ruins a whole experience by their attitude. Like just trying to get the prizes u think we're asking her to walk through fire. Really shouldn't be working at Chucky cheese where children don't understand why your being rude. Actually shouldn't be working in customer service. Will definitely not be back not worth feeling incredibly uncomfortable.
