I have always loved this chicken and biscuits. The order came out pretty quickly. This restaurant urgently needs a remodel. The walls in very poor condition are inflated, dirty ceiling, dirty air filter window. It needs painting, the bathroom smells bad, the floor is terrible. Although the employees seem to try to keep everything organized. The deterioration of the structure is very evident.

customer service is a little ghetto, and rude. chicken was hot and fresh just like i like it !

Update 8/4/24:
customer service was good until i got to the window to pay. the cashier read my order back to me and i didn't hear her mention my side of mash potatoes &gravy so i said "i also had a side of potatoes" ...and the attitude kicked in full gear ! eyelashes batting, head rolling, followed by ...."that's what i said"....

This was mine and my husband’s first time coming here and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the customer service! All of the staff members were very friendly and they made sure that all our food was fresh! We knew that there would be a wait but we didn’t mind at all! They apologized for the wait and made sure that we had everything that we ordered! We will definitely be returning! This will be our new Church’s from here on out. 5/5 stars! ⭐️
