Just had the most amazing experience courtesy of Melissa! I’m not overly familiar with Cinnabon personally, so when I went in to get stuff for a friends birthday, Melissa was so incredibly helpful and personable. As someone who had worked in customer service for a very long time, it was very refreshing to see!

The service was not good he didn’t even say a “hi” or a “what can get you guys” or a “good afternoon”.i went there to get 4 cinnamon rolls and when we got home each cinnamon roll was not cooked right it was still mushy.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I went to this location on 1/9/25 around 6pm as I often do to get a 4 pack. Brian (who advise that he was the manager) tried to give me an old box that was made in the morning. I asked if I can get 4 fresh ones, he advise that he would have to charge me individually instead of the 4 count deal. I did not want to pay more so opted to get the box but asked can he heat them up and was told that he cannot and that there are heating instructions on the box. He advise his boss Thomas informed him that they cannot heat up any 4 packs and if they do then the customer has to pay individually. I was not treated as a paying customer. No one wants cold Cinnabons. This was the first time that I was ever told that I can’t get fresh ones more can the older ones be heated up. I see why the other reviews gave poor rating. I will not be returning as well contacting the bbb about this “rule” and service.

Friendly and helpful staff! My friend and I bought two orders of the center of the roll and they were so quick and the transaction was so easy despite the coupon I was using. I went to this location yesterday night!

Everytime I come to the mall I stop by Cinnabon,I just stopped by,since some came up out the oven,I wanted them fresh while they were icing them,the girl stated,3 of them already in the window,ma'am I saiddddd I wanted them that's coming up since we came right on time while they were fresh...this my money,I should know what I want with my money.....lthe whole crew rude,been here over 100xs,I come everytime but today is my last time at this location,Haywood Mall...definitely lost my business after years!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the outside on the Cinnabon was a little tough this past weekend. I was a little disappointed but love them, so I'll probably go back. This was the first time it's happened. Sadly, this is one of the last Cinnabons that I know of locally, and I'm in Anderson.

Worst Cinnabon store ever. Won't give you packs of the Cinnabon rolls. You have to buy them one at a time. Save your money and go to the one in Schlotsckys off Pelham. They have no problem making a 4 pack for you.

I work at the mall. And today as 5:28pm I went to get lunch I stopped here and when asking for a fork the older lady at the register threw it at me. This was and is VERY disrespectful on so many levels. Especially given we are both in customer service and the fact she didn’t feel I deserved more respect is shameful to the company. I will be waiting for a response from management.
