Everytime I come to the mall I stop by Cinnabon,I just stopped by,since some came up out the oven,I wanted them fresh while they were icing them,the girl stated,3 of them already in the window,ma'am I saiddddd I wanted them that's coming up since we came right on time while they were fresh...this my money,I should know what I want with my money.....lthe whole crew rude,been here over 100xs,I come everytime but today is my last time at this location,Haywood Mall...definitely lost my business after years!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the outside on the Cinnabon was a little tough this past weekend. I was a little disappointed but love them, so I'll probably go back. This was the first time it's happened. Sadly, this is one of the last Cinnabons that I know of locally, and I'm in Anderson.

Worst Cinnabon store ever. Won't give you packs of the Cinnabon rolls. You have to buy them one at a time. Save your money and go to the one in Schlotsckys off Pelham. They have no problem making a 4 pack for you.

I work at the mall. And today as 5:28pm I went to get lunch I stopped here and when asking for a fork the older lady at the register threw it at me. This was and is VERY disrespectful on so many levels. Especially given we are both in customer service and the fact she didn’t feel I deserved more respect is shameful to the company. I will be waiting for a response from management.

Young lady with the blonde hair had a terrible attitude for no apparent reason. I’m guessing she couldn’t hear us over the AirPods she was wearing, kept sharing us and just blatantly rude.

This was my first experience with cinnabon and it was quite tasty. What impressed me the most was that the young lady behind the counter notice my hat asked if I had been in the service and when I replied in the affirmative I was given a veteran discount. This is the first and only place I have ever been asked if I'm a veteran due to my hat and offered the discount. Great service I will return

The teenager working on 2.4.23 was rude an nicely Informed us we were not as important as an online order after she took his order in front people that had been waiting for ten minutes. She had major attitude an was rolling her eyes because she had to help with orders. Very rude employee cost you multiple sales today.
