Did a curbside pickup, had to go in since nobody was coming…order was for 8:15 and at 8:30 still wasn’t ready; the lady was really rude and messed up the order. We got Apple cobbler instead of Mac & cheese, bread is fully burnt, didn’t get the extra bread, and ANY OF THE BBQ SAUCES. It was impossible to check since she sealed the bag and decided to trust them….won’t return to this place

Drive through order for a bowl of brisket chili and unsweetened tea. Eating on the go as usual. Not a long wait but the employees were opening a new bag of grated cheese so I could see my food sitting on the counter for several minutes. Cold dollop of sour cream and cold grated cheese - add that to warm chili and you get lukewarm food at best. In the bag was a knife/fork/napkin pack... for chili, which was about 50% liquid. It tastes good but serving chili with a fork?

First time here and I was hungry. The printer wasn't working so I could not get a receipt for work. Not good. Then I waited about 15 minutes and got warm brisquit that was mostly fat. I had to get my own cup and the utencil station was bare. Lots of people waiting for food and staff seemed disorganized behind the counter. Too bad my first visit was disappointing. You can do better than this.

Every time we come we are so welcomed. The food is amazing and we try to come at least once a month. The Pitt master nachos is my go too and I don't want anything but those. Please add everything but the kitchen sink to them and im a happy girl. Thank you guys for always being so friendly , on point, and prefect

Went to get my online order today. It was late getting put together. The Quart Mac was missing, and when I went to get it, there was a ton of HAIR in it. I loved this place but will NEVER eat here again. 🤢🤢🤢

I went yesterday for lunch and ordered online to go pick up, I ordered the half rack of ribs and brisket with macaroni and fried okra. I get home and open up the bag and all I had was the macaroni and the meat, I brushed it off like okay they forgot to put it in the bag that fine I guess even though when I went they weren't busy at all. But I decided to suck it up and still eat my food. The macaroni was okay, the ribs were okay, but my brisket was absolutely abhorrent, it was as if someone had already chewed it and just decided to spit it back into the container. I was so upset because the only real reason I went was for the brisket and it was basically unrecognizable never in my life have I seen brisket look like that. I've heard some pretty good things about this place and thought the quality would live up to my expectations but I was sorely mistaken. Won't be catching me eating here again
Had takeout, the food was good, wish they had baked potatoes. Good portion sizes and BBQ sauce was tasty.

I ordered curbside and waited 10 min after scheduled time before going inside to pick up. My order was ready so not sure how long it had been prepared. The fries were soggy and cold. The pulled pork sandwich was dry but still tasty. I added some mayo and sauces which improved the dryness.

Worst city bbq I've ever tasted...Mac n cheese was half cooked my ribs was cold my brisket cuts had too much fat and they was like warm...they had it set up for drive thru and the staff there couldn't handle it...not the city bbq franchises I fell in love many years ago around Charlotte area...then the cooks looked me in my face and still got my order almost 60$ worth of food wasted...couldn't even enjoy it...they need to close the drive thru because city bbq represents a family cookout bbq feel not no damn fast food pace that the staff can't keep during peak evening hours...o yeah and they had flies flying over the breads the meats too...foh
