My husband and I were visiting Greenville to celebrate retirement and chose this restaurant. From beginning to the end dinner was amazing!! Our server Jalisa was the best ever. She took great care of us. We will be back!

We eat out alot. We spend alot of time trying new places. We love steak. We love brisket. We do not love Cityrange. The brisket on the nachos appetizer was not good. My bf and I have been unwell all day. We got our steak to go after trying both meals and sadly we already had a bad taste in our mouths from the brisket nachos, so we threw $80 in steak away. We have both had upset stomachs all day. We were very disappointed. Service was pretty good. Our server was Samantha and she's worth mentioning. She doesn't deserve a 1 star review. She was efficient and friendly. It wasn't her fault.

My husband and I had a fabulous meal last night. My prime rib was perfection and my husband loved his salmon. We want to highlight our server, John B. He was all the things you’d want from a server. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and an all around nice person. We want to thank him for elevating our dining experience!

I love coming to this restaurant! Before arriving, I was told to order the bourbon pecan chicken and I was not disappointed! It was fantastic and easily one of the best meals I have had. The garlic bread given before the meal has a distinct garlicky taste and is crispy to the touch. If you are a garlic lover, the bread is a must try! I think of this restaurant often whenever someone asks me “what do you want to eat tonight?”. If I lived closer, I would come much more often as it is that good. 10/10.

Service was awesome crab bisque was really good. Shrimp and grits could use some work. Too many peppers needs some Tasso or sausage

First, the food took about 40 mins to come out. Then, it was cold and bland. My steak wasn't cooked to my liking, so they then decided to recook the same steak on the grill and tried to cover it up with mash potatoes.
OH! Did I mention, they gave me back the same cold mash potatoes, and 2 shrimp🙃, because I had ate one already. No manager came over, no apologies were given. However the server was sweet. The food was not worth the price, not coming back. And no, no second chances. At this point, I just want my money back

It was ok. Pretty high priced. Too high actually. Saskatoon Lodge and Texas Roadhouse is much better.

Door said closing at 8 due to bad weather... Bad weather was days ago. And as I say down I was informed they were closing at 7.. it's 645 and 35⁰ with more rain or snow. This place doesn't want to be open

I used to be a frequent customer here about nine years ago, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. I ordered my steak well done, and it came out medium-well. When I sent it back, it returned about 10 minutes later clearly microwaved, which really ruined the texture and experience.

My husband ordered the bourbon chicken, and it was very disappointing. For a bourbon dish, we expected a dark, rich sauce, but instead it had a pale, gravy-like consistency and tasted just like it. The chicken itself was flat, rubbery, and lacked flavor. The “creamy” mashed potatoes were also far from creamy.

That said, our server John was exceptional. He was cheerful, attentive, made great recommendations, and truly did his best to provide great service. He was the highlight of our visit.

We went for happy hour with 10 friends. I believe the waitress was new but she did the best she could and surprisingly got everyone's check correct
