CityRange Steakhouse Grill

City Range recently changed the fries they use. Both our entrees came with fries and they were terrible, and we did not eat them .

I recently had my husbands 60th birthday party there. I had high expectations because of the previous reviews. The point of contact for reservations was very cordial and followed up promptly. Unfortunately the day of the party when decorating, I asked one of the waitresses to replace a table cloth that had a spot on it. She seemed very reluctant to change the table cloth. Also, one of the guests steak was not cooked fully as requested and when serving the birthday cake the waitresses and point of contact made a big mess. The cake was served very sloppy on saucers and only one waitress had gloves on. I would say that the space was good to have a party of 30 guests and the prices are reasonable.

My first time at CityRange. The service was great with our waiter, Eric. The food all around was very good. I had the bourbon pecan chicken and was very pleased with it. Our entire party was pleased with their food. I didn’t hear any complaints at all.

Always a good choice!

Went there for a party and ordered what was described as 6oz boneless ribeye. It sure seemed like a top sirloin due to how tough it was. Was seated 30 minutes before served a beverage. I most likely will not eat there again.

Our 1st time, live 2 hours away, when I say EXCELLENT customer service (3/15/25; 20 of us was served). The food is superb n the appetizers n bread, delicious, hats off to the chefs.

First impression when I entered the building was a calm relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at ease.

The employees were friendly and very welcoming.

Now, I ordered a prime rib chili nachos, it was fantastic. It had a slight sweetness that made it much more appetizing combined with the savoriness of the prime rib and cheese and other condiments.

Then for my main course I order the black and blue (2 medallion) cooked at medium. It was cooked perfectly. The medallions had a crab cake on top and toasted bread underneath along with mash potatoes and asparagus. Needless to say, it was cooked to perfection. Right amount of crunchy and softness from the asparagus and thick but creamy mash potatoes seasoned perfectly. The only thing I would change is maybe more seasoning to the steak medallions itself, but it was still good.

Food was excellent and our waiter, John G gave us plenty of entertainment and laughs. Rolls are straight fire!!! Only hiccup was the confusion with some of our food items being plated wrong. Was a simple fix and we went on with a pleasant meal.

Dinner group met here seven couples, $750 minimum for private room. Minimum was no problem, our server was great.

Celebrated wife's birthday... party of 12 on outside patio... everything was great! Really good food with a casual atmosphere.

if it was not for the manager and the waitress making good on everything it would have been 1 stars across the board.... steaks were absolute trash. For what the food cost, I expect a hell of a lot better quality food in a place like this, especially a steak house. How can a steak house, not know what a Tbone looks like and expect you to accept a bullshit shank cut steak , and think someone is dumb enough to know know the difference. And how can a steak house, not know how to cook a steak to the proper temp? We were baffled by the dipshitry and just awful food our last visit (during restaurants week). Will not be going back

Came here for the first time with family and had a great experience. Came for lunch and had fantastic service with great food. I usually need alot of liquid to go with my food and my waitress made sure when it was about to be empty it was filled. I didn't have to wait to eat my food with the constant refills.
