Two delightful ladies run the Classic, and their sandwiches are so good, homemade. The runaway best seller is the chicken salad. My wife lived it, but only got a half sandwich because it was all gone at 1:15pm. I ate the Reuben which the lady said was the best within 150 miles. It was really good, with a good rye bread, and mild corned beef and milder kraut. I don't know about 150 miles. Stopped in for late lunch. 1st time being there. Staff was nice. Food was good. A little overpriced for a sandwich and a handful of chips (not a separate bag) Got the feeling the place was on its last leg because there was a for sale sign out front.
Food was great, service was good (Cashier wasn’t the friendliest). While in there eating, I heard some drama in the back from a few ladies. They were being very loud about it and made it unpleasant to enjoy the food and chat amongst one another.
