Smoothies are always great and love the ingredients. But this is the third time I’ve come in and encounter the same young lady. She isn’t very kind and lacks good social customer service skills or positive interactions. I understand not being bubbly with everyone but she doesn’t smile she doesn’t interact and she gives very short snippy responses to everything. I’ve come here on and off for a few years and she’s the only person I’ve encountered this way. I’m not sure if she just isn’t from a place where southern hospitality is a thing or just verbal conversation and kindness but that’s an integral part of customer service in the south. Maybe it’s a personal thing with me ? I’m not sure. 4 PM shift Tuesday. 3 for atmosphere because people can make or break the atmosphere. People don’t want to spend time at a location where people aren’t very kind.

I really appreciate the organic ingredients, as most places do not offer this. The smoothies could be improved though. Mine tasted really watered down. Southern pressed Juicery does it better, but this is still a solid spot.

I came early in the morning and the place was quiet so my service was good and quick. Idk what it's like during their busy times. The woman at the counter was able to give me suggestions as a new customer. The avocado toast was made with a generous amount of avocado, unlike what was mentioned in other reviews. The recovery smoothie tasted great and they were able to make it without almond butter and milk due to allergies. I've never had their juices before but I tried the sweet green juice and it was very good. I'll be going back. Most likely on the weekend when they are sure to be busy. Hoping the quality of the items and service won't change but will update my review if needed. Otherwise, I will recommend this place to others. Happy to see an organic place well represented in an area where they are in short supply especially with vegan options.

I ordered the peanut butter smoothie and it was the worst I’ve ever had from any establishment. It was $12 too which is pricey. The banana in the smoothie tasted old. I think I got them on a bad day.

Lots of items, not just juices. Friendly staff. Don't expect to rush in and leave in 3 minutes as it's all made fresh. Prices might seem a bit much but the quality of items justifies the prices. I live in Lake Lure and we come to this area to run errands from time to time. Now, this is a great place to stop first thing to get us past the hangry stage lol.
I am not typically one to complain but I have been coming to clean juice for years since they first opened. The smoothie bowls have gotten smaller but also increased in price and my “smoothie” bowl was more like soup! It was so runny I could not eat it outside at the tables in the beautiful weather I simply drove the 5 minutes back home and put it in my freezer. There were maybe 4 banana slices in my bowl and only a few crumbs of granola. I completely understand that some of these employees may be training but for how much the bowls cost you would think they would be approved first. However, I did overhear the girls talking about the bowl and it being runny in which the response the concerned employee got was “just add bananas and granola it will be fine”. I should have had it remade while I was there but honestly this is not the first time I seem to be lacking toppings or drinking a soup bowl. I likely will not be returning here again :(

I would never order from this store/ branch ever again. This location should be shut down. they're racist. The manager is unprofessional and appearance was disheveled. Location isn't cleaning. fruit taste rotten and staff handle food with no hair net. I purchased food that was falsely advertised. They were out of some particular items and upon order they sold me a drink that wasn't on the menu. I suffer from some food allergies and the manager would not accommodate. I ask for a refund and she was very advised me to make another purchase. I asked why would I do that, when she didn't correctly serve fresh food. This location isn't as clean as clean juice is advertised. beware of this location . be aware of upon ordering anything from this location that the emergency room. maybe your next stop. I gave 1 star. this location deserves No stars. It was ok for them/ manager to take my money but I guess I wasn't good enough to be refunded. Customers aren't always right. We'll, I don't remember when that changed, because Customers keep there business functioning. However. To be mistreated and disrespected for food. is very distasteful and my take away is. I will spend wisely and I will be richer. I will not ever spend money with this business. Clean Juice isn't so clean. Muddy dirty , stomach infectious swamp. Beware at your own risk. Beware Beware Beware This location only gets 1 star. but my they deserve no star. 0. I refused to spend another dollar with this business. forgot to mention. The employees are rude and agrumentive. Such a dysfunctional environment. save your money and protect your stomach. I don't recommend anything from here, unless you want to end up in the ER.
