Love this place! Everyone that works there is so nice. I always get the same thing - bourbon caramel iced latte, and it's delish. Unfortunately the last few times I have ordered that, my drink ended up tasting like cinnamon rather than bourbon caramel. Not sure if the flavors look similar and are being mistaken for one another? Planning on clarifying next time so I end up with my favorite flavor!

Literally just came through the drive thru and got my drink I always get and saw they have food here now . So I ordered a food item. Got to my next location to eat it and there 2 black pellets stuck on my sandwich! Looks like rodent waste ! This has absolutely disgusted me and I will be bringing it back and talking to someone asap! And yes I have filled out a contact form on the app since this place has no listed phone number !

I've only been here a few times (I live just over the border in NC) but every time a craving hits when I'm visiting Greenville, Clutch Coffee is the go-to everytime! This one also has the friendliest barista, Harley is awesome! They recommended a lavender latte concoction one time that'll pop up in my head when I'm nowhere near a Clutch Coffee. Ask for Harley and ask them for a recommendation if you come to this one!!! :)
