Was finally able to visit coastal crust after passing by it dozens of times, and it did not disappoint. It was rushing and charming. The smiles were welcoming, the aromas were alluring, and the flavors were satisfying. 10/10 will be back.

Talk about the worst “no service” we’ve ever had. Sat there for a good 30 mins, and not a single person came to our table. Our server helped every other table expect ours… even the ones that had just sat down.

This was my second time coming to Coastal Crust and this time was even better than my first time. I loved the Farmers Pie (I added chicken which I highly recommend) and my husband loved his Fig and Prosciutto. Both paired so well with their house made ranch and chili oil. Of course you can’t forget the chili flakes and parmesan. Service was great, hosts and server were so polite and got us seated so quickly even tho they had a full house. We got seated outside and they still kept checking in on us and it was great! Very attentive and kind! Can’t wait to come back!

My server was really nice. I was disappointed that the servers were eating on the floor by the kitchen, so sitting at the bar, I could see that they hadn't washed their hands before they continued to serve food. Also, they didn't clean the water bottles before refilling them and put them back in the cooler for the next customer.

Great food, atmosphere, and price. Recommend the Brussels sprouts.

Fan for years but going to pass for other options going forward. What a lack luster meal, burnt and tasteless; returned brussel
sprouts (first time ever in years) but were told we could expect the same charred results for the replacement. And so it was. Just about eveything was off or missing including the usual full house. Will miss you guys.

Leaving my post from 5 years ago here too. The pizza was good. My concern is the staff. Our waitress was great. However, the restaurant is a long room with great acoustics. No music and you can hear every conversation. So it was amazing to hear one waitress talking negatively about another with multiple employees. It was not a pleasant thing to hear while eating. In any workplace there is going to be issues. But this was uncalled for.

Great atmosphere! Service was excellent!!! Pizza toppings were good! Crust was too thin to hold up to the toppings. The edges of the crust was crispy!!!! Loved that! Definitely will go back!!

This place has probably the best pizza in Greenville. I've always had a great experience!! Plus their olives are amazing! My go-to order is the olives, a Caesar salad, and a West Village Pizza. All portions are great for sharing! Can't recommend this place enough!

Always the best authentic Italian pizza. I normally have a veggie pizza with vegan cheese but here I cant pass up the real thing, fennel sausage with vegan cheese, so tasty. Today I splurged when I saw apple and fig cobbler, served with vanilla gelaro

Fabulous pizza, pasta, and desserts. Also, when I accidentally left my debit card there, the staff kindly held it for me AND answered my frantic call at 11 AM. I really appreciate that their staff was ready to answer the phone right at the start of business hours. I know that restaurants can be crazy from an employee perspective so it means a lot.

The pizza tasted good. The crust was thin which meant the pizza was floppy. All pizzas are the same size, I believe it's 14". We got a basic pepperoni and shared it and drank water. Total was about $17 so not bad for 3 people but again, we just shared 1 pizza. The restaurant is small and seating was very limited when we came by on a Sunday for lunch.

Rude waitress, kicking chairs is not inviting. Hostess was overwhelmed but nice. Walked out because it seemed we were a bother to the waitress. It's not worth trying to see if it would get better.

Coastal crust is a great restaurant. One of my parents favorite elevated casual spots in town. Our experience this time was subpar in terms of the pizza quality. It was flimsy thin, toppings were sparse. It’s disappointing only because I’ve had fantastic pizza at this location! Recipe change? Staff change? Just a bad day? It happens. I’ll still be back and if I’m swayed back I’ll modify this review.
With all that being said— the arugula salad was bomb. Give me ten of them.
