The sweet shy lady that was there by herself did an amazing job with my first experience of ordering. Was incredibly informative of the ingredients and nice. My bowl is a flavor explosion of fruit and sweetness. Definitely want to experience again.

The bowls are good enough but the employees couldn’t care less about the customer experience (or good food handling hygiene). There so many better places to go that there isn’t really a reason to ever go here. Learn from my mistake.

Great bowl and delicious flavors that combine well together! I am so glad I got the Jenny Bowl. The flavors all complimented each other and the fruit tasted so fresh. It was a little pricey, but the flavors made it worth it! Not something I’ll get every time I’m in the mall, but if I’m craving fruits/something cold I will definitely stop by Cocobowlz. The girly who made my bowl was friendly and helped me choose the best base for the Jenny bowl.
Sweet girl with long dark hair, I did not get her name was the only worker and she was excellent being that there were a lot of people waiting on their orders. She was very kind. Very patient job well done.

I went to the one at Haywood Mall last Friday afternoon. It took 20 mins to get my smoothie with only one person in front of me. The girl working was doing her best so I am not faulting her, but they should always have two people working. It was my first and last visit. I messaged corporate about my terrible experience and never got a response. Don’t bother going to this location unless you want to be charged $8 for a small smoothie and waste half of your lunch break.
