Makiya was very cheerful and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and patient while allowing me to sample to confirm my selection. The unforgettable bowl was just that!!! RECOMMENDABLE
I can’t tell you if the product is good but I can tell you service at Haywood mall is well below board. It was my first time and I had a couple simple questions. When I asked the young lady to repeat the bases, who I could tell was already irritated that I exist, she told me she was busy and had things to do 😳 someone should remind her what her job is. I dont care if you have the best food, if your customer service is that bad you will never receive my business.
