Omg!!! The services has changed alot with one person running back and forth trying to taken orders and fix them. You will wait 30 minutes before getting your order. Then when you do receive your order it's not worth the price you paid.

Ordered a simple bowl. It was just thrown together. Very sloppy, and unappetizing. I was the only person in line at the downtown Greenville location so there was no excuse. There's no customer service number to contact anyone nor any managers on duty. Definitely not worth what I paid for nor the extra $1 for parking. I will stick to the Easley SC location from now on. I've never had a problem there

Service was great! Unfortunately their bowls are just a little fruit/granola/drizzle on top of a lot of cheap slushie. Definitely not worth the 12 to 13 dollars per bowl. I guess that’s their business model, but hope they can provide a better product.

Makiya was very cheerful and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and patient while allowing me to sample to confirm my selection. The unforgettable bowl was just that!!! RECOMMENDABLE

I normally don't write reviews about bad service because I believe everyone has off days. But today 5/30 somewhere around 4:45, 5 pm.. I went to the counter to order. I was told "I'll be right with u" The girl was in the back doing what looked like refilling peanut butter or honey or something... something that should come second to customers. For the next 5 minutes I was not acknowledged again. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a pattern for this location. I left and did not order and as I walked off I made sure I had eye contact with the associate who did not care that I was walking away and said nothing.
This is terrible business.

The girl at the front is so rude! When i got there she asked “what do you want” and when i asked for samples she got annoyed and asked me if i wanted to try anything else with a snarky attitude. I never write reviews like this but she was on another level.

I visited on 5/13/2024 and experienced terrible customer service. Seemed as if the worker did not want to be there. Please train your employees on being present when working. This is a part of running a successful business.
Closed at 5 today when they are supposed to close at 8. Shut the window in our faces.

The service was poor. The staff seemed the lack any care or urgency. I was there at a quiet time of day and the counter was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Also, a lot of the ingredients were powder (Like powder spinach) and my smoothie bowl was pre-made.

I’m typing this review while I wait for my smoothie bowl and smoothie. I waited for 6 minutes before being acknowledged at the counter. After maybe 3 minutes of me standing there, I asked the one worker I saw if they were open or closed (because it’s about 5:30 on a Sunday, so you never know). She didn’t speak words but just pointed/made a gesture to her fixing a bowl.I don’t have a problem with the food here but service is 0 (or less). As someone who works hard at the hospital, I would at least expect to be acknowledged at the very least, just like I would if you came to the hospital.I will never give this establishment my money ever again.

Nutty buddy was okay ish? The flavors were surprisingly weak considering the ingredients, which makes me think they really ice it down, you couldn’t taste the peanut butter at all. The bigger issue was that it took 30 minutes(we checked the time) to get my shake, despite it being not busy AT ALL.
