I was looking for just a little snack at 7pm and found this on google. The single employee at the store was obviously going through her closing procedures but welcomed us with a friendly smile and fantastic service. Very fresh ingredients and nice portions. The server was very unfriendly and unprofessional. We waited while she swept the floor, despite there being no other customers in the store. I asked her to leave off the lid (I do my best to avoid too many single/use plastics in the landfill). As she finished making my bowl, she reached for a lid. I reminded her that I didn’t want a lid and she heaved a big dramatic sigh as she first dropped the lid on the floor and then threw it away. She didn’t say thank you or in anyway act friendly or appreciative of our business. The bowl was okay, but the pineapple included several pieces of the core and some of the strawberries weren’t ripe. I won’t be going back.

Says store opens at 10AM across all platforms. Drive 20 minutes to get here and there’s a sign on the door saying they aren’t opening until 12:30PM. Very upsetting.

MAKE THE EMPLOYEES TIE THEIR HAIR UP!! Went in the store and the girl fixing the bowls had long hair and was just swinging it around. Anywhere where their is food that people will be eating , the people preparing it should have their hair up to prevent hair falling in food!!!! Common sense.
