Says store opens at 10AM across all platforms. Drive 20 minutes to get here and there’s a sign on the door saying they aren’t opening until 12:30PM. Very upsetting.

MAKE THE EMPLOYEES TIE THEIR HAIR UP!! Went in the store and the girl fixing the bowls had long hair and was just swinging it around. Anywhere where their is food that people will be eating , the people preparing it should have their hair up to prevent hair falling in food!!!! Common sense.
I could eat here everyday and I think I might! From my yummy bowls all the way to the friendly staff I seriously couldn’t be more pleased!

Been to this location twice the first time they were out of strawberries and something else. The next time I did an online order and as soon as I walked in the door the girl says we are out of everything. I said I had an online order and all she would say is they don't have anything to make it. I asked for a refund so she had to call the manager. I have yet to see my refund and it's been over a week. The manager / owner here should not be an entrepreneur for sure! He can't stock a store and steals money. Oh and don't try to call them because they don't know how to return phone calls!! I will have to physically go to the store to speak to someone again about getting a refund. Here it is over a week and there's no telling if they will now return my money. Don't go to this location!!!!!! It's not with it.

The girls in there are nice and funny. The presentation is cute, too. The bowls, however, are missing something. The bowls aren't as incorporated or as complementing as I'd like. They could have put it on a plate, and you just eat the ingredients one by one at this point.
