The worker was really nice, and the ice cream there is super good. The toppings you can choose from are really nice, and the customer service there was peaceful and friendly.

Phone number Dosent work. Ordered on doordash and they refunded me bc they didn't have ice ream cupcakes in stock when it says ready now... Didn't even ask me if I wanted a replacement

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon with my daughter and my husband. I believe our server was Leanne. Every time we come in she always so nice, professional, and welcoming. She always greets us, and let's us know that she's ready to serve. She does a great job making our selections and makes sure we are aware of our offers and rewards. She's fantastic!

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream place, and usually the employees here are very nice, but this most recent visit makes me hesitant to return.

I had graduation today, and my family had some stuff to do before reconvening. We got to the store just before 10pm (they close at 10:30pm), and we figured it would be easier to place an online order. It ended up taking longer than expected (loud music and people, some confusion with online ordering, coordination), so we submitted the order at 10:15pm, with tip. Who I remember to be the manager (I could be wrong) then out loud started complaining, saying that she wasn't making it and we had all day to order. I don't think she knew we were right there.

As a server, I get it that it can be frustrating to get last minute orders, but with 15 minutes before close, and lots of customers walking in, even up to 5 minutes before close, our order is the one you wanted to loudly complain about in front of everyone? Kind of ruined the experience, after all I wanted was my favorite ice cream after a huge accomplishment. :(

Again, usually I would rate this place 5 stars, but as a sensitive person this kind of hurt my feelings and it'll linger in my mind every time I think about going. If you go in the middle of the day or something, I would recommend this place.

I stood in line today 7/24/24 by myself not with my children. I was the only woman of color the young man behind the counter saw me in line. And try to skip me by asking to other people that were behind me what they need. Then they said she is before us he ask the person that was in front me that already place his other with the other guy if he needs help! I said I am here waiting.. is the audacity to skip me because I am black and the other people were all white!!! COLD STONE SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO DOESNT SEE COLOR! And run a business successfully!!
I don’t appreciate it how I was treated it would be my last time coming here!! I’m a consumer and a person!

I literally walked in right after the couple. They took a seat and was later accompanied by another man. The young lady proceeds to tell me that they are closed, however the light was on and the door was opened. I stood outside to watch if they would be told the same thing, needless to say they were serviced. The gentlemen that joined them also got serviced.
