It says they close at 9. We got there at 8:36 and the door was locked.

I stood in line today 7/24/24 by myself not with my children. I was the only woman of color the young man behind the counter saw me in line. And try to skip me by asking to other people that were behind me what they need. Then they said she is before us he ask the person that was in front me that already place his other with the other guy if he needs help! I said I am here waiting.. is the audacity to skip me because I am black and the other people were all white!!! COLD STONE SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO DOESNT SEE COLOR! And run a business successfully!!
I don’t appreciate it how I was treated it would be my last time coming here!! I’m a consumer and a person!

I can take my business and money elsewhere!!!!!

Ordered berrie berrie good to go barley any berries and mixed not very good so no flavor in the ice cream only one person working toooooo slow to get to your turn

I literally walked in right after the couple. They took a seat and was later accompanied by another man. The young lady proceeds to tell me that they are closed, however the light was on and the door was opened. I stood outside to watch if they would be told the same thing, needless to say they were serviced. The gentlemen that joined them also got serviced.

Reagan was AMAZING!!! Her customer service was impeccable! She got a last minute custom order ready for me for tomorrow. I would definitely recommend this place just based on the service alone. The food being delicious is an added plus!

This was my 1st visit to a Cold Stone Creamery. I seriously don't know what all the hype is about. I got the cheesecake fantasy, large waffle cone. Honestly, I would have rather had Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream from the local grocery store. It's tastier & not as expensive. When someone put money in the tip jar, all the workers chimed in and sang a little ditty about getting a tip = VERY TACKY!
Quite long wait in line and over priced.

They also explained how their signature creations work: you choose your ice cream base, then add any mix-ins you want, and they blend it all together on a frozen stone. Sounds cool, right?Well, it gets cooler. You can also create your own custom creation, or choose from their ready-made options. They have something for everyone: classic, adventurous, fruity, nutty, chocolaty, you name it. They even have some seasonal specials, like pumpkin pie and peppermint bark. Yum!My wife went for the cake batter ice cream with brownies and fudge. My son picked the chocolate ice cream with Oreos and M&M's. My daughter chose the strawberry ice cream with gummy bears and sprinkles. And I, being the dad joke master that I am, ordered the vanilla ice cream with bacon and maple syrup. Hey, don't knock it till you try it!We watched in awe as they prepared our creations, chopping, mixing, and scooping with skill and flair. They even sang a little song when we tipped them. How fun is that?We took our ice cream to a table and dug in. Wow, was it good! The ice cream was rich and creamy, the mix-ins were fresh and tasty, and the portions were generous. We all enjoyed our choices, even mine. Trust me, bacon and ice cream go together like peanut butter and jelly. Don't believe me? Ask my wife, she stole a bite!We had a great time at Cold Stone Creamery, and we'll definitely be back. It's a perfect place to go with your family, friends, or even by yourself. literally the best ice cream i’ve ever had. my boyfriend brought me to Coldstone for the first time ever, and l recommend 100%!! 10/10!!! workers were so welcoming and some girl was explaining to me how the pricing works and kinda informing me about the place since it was my first time! very nice. l will definitely be coming back soon and place was so organized & clean. if you’re looking for ice cream, this is your place!!! they got it all!!

We've stopped here a few times and the last couple of times the customer service has been lacking. Tonight my son's milkshake wasn't even filled adequately based off of prior visits and for the price I paid.
