Came through the drive thru and asked about the chicken sandwich that I've never had from here. I guess Eli is his name that was taking the order. I asked what comes on the sandwich. He decides to scream at me through the speaker. The kicker is that he was the manager!!! I'll be following up with corporate. I did not get any food on this visit because who wants somebody to make their food after being so rude. I told him I'll be talking to someone else and he said "ok" in a very sassy tone. Step it up men!!!! Yall acting like little girls. And if you don't like your job, let somebody else do it!!! Eli was very zesty today.

Cook Out used to be good. Ordered the double burger with double fries. I have had sausage patties bigger than these burgers. They were so small and thin that they barely covered the bun they came on. The lettuce was about a 2 inch piece and wilted. I used to get the amount of fries that I got today when I ordered 2 different sides. Had I not come home and added cheese, bacon and my own lettuce, I would have tasted nothing but bread and pickles.

after waiting at the menu for 15 minutes and no response i finally ordered a big double burger tray, double cheese bites, sprite no ice and a heath toffee shake. after receiving my food i find my shake is incorrect and and my sprite was full of ice and the server at the window never asked if i wanted sauces and took their precious time. will not be returning to said store anymore.

This location is always fast, friendly and what I imagine most people look for in a fast food joint. There's no indoor dining at this spot though, so if you're looking that you will be disappointed.

This place definitely has no understanding of the meaning of “customer service”. I would rather go to a McDonalds or somewhere else, and pay a little more to get friendly service. Rude and unhelpful is the best way to describe their staff. If you hate customers, shut this place down, you forget that without us you wouldn't have a job.
