This was take out so the atmosphere is the drive around the building. The food is good, there's a lot to choose from on the menu, and it isn't too expensive.

Filthy restaurant. Floors and tables dirty, trashcan overflowing onto floor. Onion rings tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old and burnt.

I have never been before. The burger was good, but what I like best was the fried cheese bites. I also got a chili dog, not only a great price but tasted great.

There is always a line when the food is that good, that's enough reason to wait.

Both drive-thru cashiers were very beyond rude. Had the window slammed in our face multiple times, half our order was missing at one point, and the cashier at the window was very disrespectful. Food was great, management should reconsider who they allow to interact with customers.

WORST PLACE EVER. Never in my life at a drive-thru have I seen or heard a worker complain and try to be smart before asking to take my order. I'm pretty sure this place has allowed this to happen before for this young girl to not know any customer service manners. The first thing that came out of her mouth was, "Why did you not pull up closer to the speaker and get closer to the car in front of you when I told you to? I have a camera, and I can see everything." We had a minute or two exchanging conversation about it. I couldn't even hear her telling me to get closer in the first place because I was not close enough to the speaker. If I had room to go closer to the drive-thru speaker, I would have. And, I was not going to go bumper to bumper to damage my car, which the worker or Cookout would not be responsible for any damage. I want an explanation from Cookout on how they train their employees and whether they cover for car accidents in their drive-thru due to their workers guiding cars to get close from the camera view. I would also like to know what is the main purpose of the camera. I will be waiting for the explanation.

Horrible! When I arrived at the drive thru mic to order the girl got smart with me and asked me why I didn't pull up to order my food. I said because there was still a car in front of me blocking the mic to order. She told me no I had enough room. I have never been in a situation where a worker tells their customers what to do and that their wrong. I did not give her my service and left.

For my 2 sides I ordered fries and onion rings. They gave me a little bit of fries and 3... only 3 tiny onion rings. Also asked for BBQ sauce and they never gave me BBQ sauce but ranch. Asked for ketchup and mustard, only gave me mustard. The chicken fingers were terrible, tasted like old oil, the wrapp tortilla was old and the "grilled onions" on the burger were not grilled. Basically half of my food went straight to the trash can. Also the Arnold palmer had no lemonade at all, just unsweetened tea. Very nasty!
