Tell me how I clarified THREE times that I wanted just a plain peppermint milkshake, no chocolate chips in it, and instead of a plain peppermint milkshake, I get a CHOCOLATE AND PEPPERMINT milkshake 😠literally chocolate shake mixed with the peppermint shake. We have been going to this cookout for years. My teens loved late night cookout runs or when we were out running errands it would be their treat. Ever since that*( not trying to be rude at all)* heavy set blonde girl with acne was hired we are done. 3 times now our order has been wrong, shorted, and she doesn't listen when we actually order. Today was the final straw when I asked for another cookout sauce, we had 2 orders plus onion rings and was only given one sauce. She shut the window in my face. I will gladly wait at whataburger or zaxbys before ever going back to cookout.

Yall forgot my onion rings. Usually pretty accurate but then the call directs to a corporate call and didnt have time to complain and make a report over the phone so i left it here
All of the food was good, but only 6 cheese curds seems to be a bit small but they were good. The burger was one of the best I had in a long while and their sauce was really good. Not good enough to drink out of a cup with a straw but you could put it on everything type of good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back if I'm in the area!

Cook Out is The New After The Club Spot. Grabbed a simple burger with a slice of cheese. Burger was ok. They did NOT add all of my toppings for my cheesecake. Found that out when I got home!!! Pissed. The highlight of the night was ERIN A. Her energy was amazing. Her smile lights up any room!
