2-15-26 My wife and I came here for a late Valentine's Day celebration. We started off with a bacon and chicken quesadilla. Absolutely delicious, we both liked it. After that, things were a little difficult because we had to send some undercooked food back. However Christine, the restaurant manager, handled everything wonderfully and even cooked our food herself. A great manager with outstanding customer service skills and kept calm during a difficult time. And the food was delicious! My wife got salmon and I got a ribeye and we had one loaded mashed potatoe each. We loved it. KJ our waiter was also excellent and took good care of us. We will be back. Thanks, Copper River! We had dinner there Valentines Eve and because I have severe gluten and shellfish allergies, every meal out is a challenge. The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and took extra to take care of me!! The waitress was super nice and attentive, got seated very quickly by and fantastic front end staff. Atmosphere is fantastic with a out west feel. If you are looking for a great place to eat in Greenville you must go there!

this is me and my boyfriends second time here the first time we came we had a great time. but tonight was a little different. We both expected this place to be busy considering that this weekend is valentines weekend so we weren't too worried about waiting to sit down or waiting for food. Our server came over pretty quickly for drink order but never asked if we wanted any apps by the time she came back she was ready to take our entrees we both got steaks and then asked if we could get an app. when the app came out it went to the table across from us first and she came over and explained to us that she put our order under the wrong table number. now dont get me wrong i do understand making small mistakes here and there because i am a server myself but just the way the situation was handled put me in a weird spot. the table next to us had ordered after us and they got their salads before I got mine. once we finally got our steaks my boyfriends was barley even rare and had no flavor. unfortunately neither of us are the ones to speak up. by the end of dinner i went to the restroom and our server was in the bathroom with her apron on and left without washing her hands infront of me and other guest. really wish we had a better time tonight but it is what is it. All other staff were very friendly throughout the night.

Pleasantly surprised. Driving past the Haywood Road location for over 10 yrs, I never knew what I was missing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the server was excellent and I had the club sandwich. Delicious! Definitely going back.

The croissants are the most delicious, filling item on the menu!!! The atmosphere was amazing. The service was awesome!! I walked out of there fully satisfied and stuff like a turkey on Thanksgiving 🤤😋😋😋

Awesome service! I had a party of 8 celebrating a birthday and the staff were wonderful!. The manager was great and made sure that we were all seated comfortably. Hershey was our server and she was awesome!. We had the best experience and great food. Thank you making our celebration great!

Not sure how this place stays in business. Seriously, one of the worst meals that I've had in years of dining in Greenville. The steak was chewy. I ordered it medium and it was well done throughout. No, I didn't complain because I barely saw my server. Overall, I will never ever dine here again. I have been to the one the Copper River Grill in Greer, and I do recall it being much better, but this one just happened to be closer to where we were.
