Very good experience. Had an inexperienced waiter, but when he got something a little wrong with my order, it got corrected asap with no debate. He was trying very hard to do well. Kept our drinks refilled, which I really appreciate!

We had a waitress who kept disappearing for long periods of time. She got my son’s order wrong. She didn’t refill our drinks. She didn’t ask if we needed any dipping sauces for our chicken tenders. We had to ask another waitress to find her. And when we tried to use the rewards on our app, she had no idea how to do that.

The experience is incredible, and the staff is warm and always pending of the table. I had a great dinner also, the food was amazing, I ordered a hashbrown shepherd pie and the meat was soft and delicious, the pure was on point and the vegetables were just great.
The dessert didn't stay behind. It was absolutely amazing the right amount of sweetness and (Hershey's) chocolate.
The establishment is nice, transmits warm and comfort.
A must to visit place if you are a tourist (as i am)

My meal was priced reasonably but the extra side and drink was half the price of my meal!! Over $3 each! Way too high. I figured $2 or no more than $2.50 for either. The couple with me only paid $8 more than me for two full meals!! 🥺

e took our 4 youngest grandkids to the Woodruff Rd. Greenville SC, Cracker Barrel. The food was awesome as usual, and our 2 grandsons couldn't get enough of the biscuits. Our server, Karen, took great care of us. The hostess, server, and cashier, were super nice to us. Will be going back soon.
