Delicious 😋 Fresh cones always 😋

First time here it was delicious.

The place is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and polite. Decent variety of options, but toppings don't stay on the ice cream.

Really small for the price. Kind of a mess to eat. Cone was not at all crispy and not warm. Largely a gimmick that will likely be short lived.

We saw this concept on Shark Tank. We visited there yesterday. The girl behind the counter was very nice and good at her job.
The only concern we have is that, as they do wear gloves to make the ice cream order, the same gloves do everything. Then touch the items with those gloves to put in and all over the ice cream.
Hmmm… no spoons or tongs to pick up items and used to put on ice cream crispy cone.
Just was weird seeing it and thinking just because wearing gloves doesn’t mean it’s “clean”.
Oh well. It was pretty good. One is enough for me. One and done. Thanks!

Just discovered them today and went in for a pretty basic cone. Thought it was overrated for the price and the cone was stale and nothing special. Not a good value for what you get. There are better options out there. Sorry Crispy Cone. I don’t give many poor reviews.

The cone is like a cake. Never had anything like this and we enjoyed this new type of cone. Ice cream is solid, not too sweet.

Delicious 😋

While not quite as good as traditional trdelník, this place does a great job of offering a wonderful sweet treat. The kids ordered two different crispy cones, which they said were very good. The staff was quiet and didn’t provide particularly memorable service, but the pricing is fair for the elevated product.

So today I decided to get some ice cream on my break with a friend we ordered our cones I guess there was a mix up on what was ordered I was given a different ice cream I thought I order a different one long story short I paid for my extra toppings and I asked the girl with blonde hair a young woman maybe college age or so if it was to late to change it she looked at me said yeah didn’t say sorry didn’t offer to make the one I thought I paid for which is the same price I spent 20$ on ice cream she still didn’t apologize and walked away from me after I said I wouldn’t eat the strawberry’s but the later who took our order and fixed the problem was super sweet and kind maybe look into getting some nicer people with better customer service like the lady who took the order would kindly be appreciated I’ve gone here multiple times during the day had no problem till today

Definitely not worth the price they charge. They only have 3 flavors that really don't have flavor. The young lady working between the hours of 3pm & 4pm was rather rude and short with the customers. Also they do not except cash but charge you a convience fee to use your credit card. I definitely will not be back.

Really good. The lady was very patient and cordial.

Ice cream was delicious, the cone kinda reminded me of like a pastry or a cinnamon bun, regardless was really good especially if your wanting something sweet.

Nice touch to what’s eaten everyday
