I do not understand why they have it to where you can place ahead of time, if it is never ready when you arrive. Every time I have to wait at least 10 minutes to get cookies that were supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Not to mention there are literally only teens that worked there, so it ran like teens work there. Not a single adult insight.
We ordered the cookies at 10:00 am and went to pick them up at 7:10 but waited in line till 8:00 pm. There’s no point in doing the mobile order if the people in front of you don’t do mobile order and they get there cookie before you. Cookies were good though. Service was absolutely terrible.

Picked up my favorite peanut butter chocolate crunch cookie today and couldn't have been more pleased! Ten gold stars! It was served warm and easily the best cookie I've ever had! Friendly and fast service made the experience all the better!
