If I could give zero stars it would be too many ❗❗This was our 2nd attempt to dine out in Greenville. Wow what a second disappointment. The first time we waited for 15 min we spent 44.56 and when our order ( or so we thought ) arrived it was the wrong order for a customer that paid almost 70 dollars . I told the runner and she said sorry everyone was new. I spoke to a manager and she expressed we would receive coupons for next time . Next time how about this time , make our food correctly and honor what you say you sell. Tonight my burger was so hot it melted the bread to the wrapper. ☹️🤬🤮 Please hire proper staff and train them to read , and check orders prior to delivering them to cars. This was such a horrible experience. A total waste of 134.00 total.

I normally love culver’s. But this location does not have their shit together. I’ve came 3 times where I have waited more than 20 minutes for just a meal or my meal be completely wrong. As someone who comes on a lunch break, we do not have time to be waiting more than 20 minutes for chicken and fries.

I noticed some negative reviews on here and was somewhat apprehensive on our first visit to this new location. Our party of four arrived at 11:00 a.m. and were greeted immediately by a very friendly group of Culver employees. Our orders were taken promptly and cheerfully. Our wait time was very minimal and our Butterburgers and fries were served hot from the kitchen. The restaurant is new and clean with plenty of seating inside and parking outside. All in all, a delightful experience. We will be returning!

Just opened and very busy but ordered ahead and still got all my food only 2 minutes after the listed time which is pretty appropriate. Food was pretty good.
