We ordered for work lunch several items and they only packed in a box 3-4 of the burgers, everything else came packed in a thin paper and smashed it on top of each other It looked disgusting. I threw mine in the trash and I’ll never order or eat there again

It was around 5:30pm or 6pm , it had already started to get dark, was coming from an appointment, wanted to just stop and get food drive thru was too long, skipped and ordered Red Robin instead.

10/24. Use to be my favorite place for a cheeseburger. Today changed that! Ordered at the drive thru. Order taker could not complete the order process w/o rushing me. Never got the order complete on the screen. At the window ... order was wrong, couldn't seem to get the credit card to run, etc. Finally, got food ... no ketsup for fries, no napkins, really rude people. Will be a long time before I return to this location on Woodruff road!
Why would your website,sign, & ordering screen say the flavor of the day is Georgia Peach, and when you order you are told the flavor of the day is Peach Crisp🤔 not to mention the young lady taking my order had a very dry tone and personality.

I have mostly gone through the drive thru, but ive been inside quite a few times as well. Orders are almost always accurate, I've always had to pull up and wait for my food which I don't usually like, but the food is ALWAYS hot and I don't mind a wait for fresh food at all!

The burgers and cheese curds were scrumptious, as usual. I do wish they included marinara sauce when you order the curds, but they were still reslly tasty on their own.

What happened to your original butter buns for the double burgers. I have bragged about them so often. Your service is great, but your butter buns were my reason for promoting Culver's to my friends. Yesterday on September 5, 2024, they did not look, feel or taste the same. I hope this was not a permanent change. Gave only four stars because the buns weren't the same.

The North American Cod dinner (fish n chips) was so good! Even my toddlers raved about it. They may not have said it with words, but their empty plates were evidence that it was delicious. Haha The coleslaw is on the sweeter end, which I love. The onion rings were thin, crispy and didn't have too much batter. This is the perfect place to eat if you're craving some comfort food that's good for the soul.
