I ordered a strawberry cooler and some pretzel bites and waited over 20 mins. I went through the drive through and ppl who ordered after me got their food before me. I ordered at 6:24 and finally got the order at 6:50
The people working behind the counter were hugging and messing around which is not appropriate for work.

02/18/26. Today I was very disappointed with my Culver’s experience. I eat Culver’s 2-3 times a week between 3 different locations. Typically when i eat at culver’s i have a great experience. However today was different. When i came to dine in today I immediately noticed a culvers worker getting frustrated with a lady while taking her order. Then after her order was taken i noticed the worker who was taking orders gave up and made a different worker take orders instead. they then stood around deciding who would take orders. finally my order was taken i will admit the food was delicious and I had no problem with my food. Now the part that frustrated me the most is when i was eating. about 2-3 minutes after i received my food, 3 female culvers workers (they were all teens) sat down at a table next to me. While they were eating they were gossiping very loudly about thier co workers and about their frustrating experience working. the volume they talked at was loud enough that i could hear everything including their foul language they were using. i typically don’t write reviews but this really trigged me into doing so.

The entire order was wrong and a few things were left out that I had to keep going back to the counter to receive. This was probably the worst managed Culvers I've ever been to. At least the food, while completely wrong still tasted good. This was one of those, I don't have the time or energy to keep trying to get my order right and for $60+ dollars for fast food, it should be right the first time.

AMAZING!!! One of my very favorite places to eat! The kids meal is very reasonably priced, and you get good quality food for your money! Cheese curds and custard are also wonderful! If you haven’t tried Culver’s before, it’s a must!!

Greenes Things
The last two times before this, they’ve forgotten my bacon. Today, they left off my child’s milk, told us it should be in the bag. We looked and it wasn’t and had to come back. Then our burgers had no bacon. We got them remade but they were missing Mayo and pickles like we ordered. They also took our fries with the wrong burgers and didn’t give them back/replace them. My toddler was also missing our coin to come back to get her custard. The food wasn’t great so we ended up tossing it, but to get a refund you have to bring the food back with a receipt. After all that, I just want my money back. The helper on the phone was nice but I can only get a replacement coupon in the mail. I don’t want to come back so I’m not satisfied about this offer.

Only 4 because the food the service and how clean this place was is amazing. But the food i was very disappointed. I got a bacon cheese burger meal and I was so excited but when I got it the patty was tiny, I mean McDonald's has a bigger patty then that burger had on it. It was truly sad especially the price they charge they could have done better.
I'm always pleased with my visits to Culver's. The only problem I have is I order too much because everything is so delicious!

So I just went through the drive-through and I got me the double burger and I’m eating it and this is probably the most odd Unflavored unseasoned burger I’ve ever had in my Life and I personally am just upset that I picked this place over five guys because you know the five guys wouldn’t do this to me and this is so disgusting I spent $30 for my burger to taste like shit and literally like I’m eating cardboard this restaurant is terrible and I’m mad disappointed

I went here when I was on crutches. A staff member helped me get my drink and carry it to the table. The food was also fresh and amazing. Great experience!
