One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Me and my date went after a place in downtown we had wanted to check out ended up being reservations only. We couldn’t figure out what sounded good till we looked online and found this place. I hadn’t heard of it before and neither had we so figured it was a new place, looked good, and was worth trying! We got there and it was busy for a Monday night (I recommend making a reservation) but this very nice manager was up at the host stand and immediately greeted us. When we said we didn’t have a reservation he was insistent on still getting us somewhere to sit so we went to the bar where the last two seats were open.
We get there and the bartender was great! Ours was a younger guy, I’m afraid I don’t remember his name. The drinks were very good, he made me some watermelon mixture that was amazing. Fair warning, the drinks are also a bit strong haha. We got the Focaccia with truffle butter as an appetizer, it was incredible. I’d go back just for that. Then we got the gnocchi pasta and I got the lasagna, both were great. The service was great, the environment was unique and welcoming, and the food and drinks were amazing. Definitely worth the visit!
The Mozzarella, focaccia and Olive oil were simply amazing
The woodfired pizza was great as well
Food was very underwhelming. Over priced for the quality. Seasoning was lacking in dishes.
This is an excellent place to spend the evening. Amazing atmosphere, the food was unbelievable and the service was exceptional. Bruschetta and wagyu meatball for appetizers. Main dish Veal chop and Mike & Pepe pizza. Finished it with cheese cake and chocolate cake.
My first time eating in here was a great experience. The food is excellent and the service by Lisa was above expectations. The manager also approached to check on us. Best Italian restaurant in Greenville.
Food was great. Atmosphere fantastic. Was very surprised by the Soppressata & Honey Pizza. It was Awesome. And the Veil was top notch.
Got the gluten free calamari. The make it on a nice sauce, it is much better than the normal fried one!
The shrimp al nero pasta was delicious.
Tiramisu martini is a MUST try! Best drink we’ve had in a while.
Our waiter, Jay, was a nice man with a good sense of humor, he did an aweasome job.
We will be back soon!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Have dined at DeMarco’s several times since their recent opening. EVERY dining experience has been stellar… ambience, service & cuisine, all 10/10! Last night I had the bone-in Pork Chop. It was fresh, large, and had just enough fat, while cooked to perfection. The vinegar peppers brought the perfect level of heat to finish this outstanding Main course! Also, you’ll never go wrong ordering ANY of their Wood-Fired Pizzas! My go-to is the “Mike & Pepe,” but you MUST TRY their “Pistachio Mortadella!” DeMarco’s is exactly what the Downtown needed… HIGHLY-Recommended!💯🤌🏻
We dined at DeMarcos and loved it. We are fans of the Slice in Simpsonville and had to give their new location a try! What a great addition to the West End. Everything we had was delicious. The wood fired pizza is authentic Italian at its best! We eat family style, ordering a few different appetizers and entrees and pizzas, to give a few things a try. What a fun way to eat with family! Highly recommend you make a reservation! Can’t wait for the outdoor patio seating to open!!
EXCEPTIONAL food! EXCEPTIONAL service! This new Italian restaurant on the West End is fully booked, and for good reason! My husband and I were very satisfied with our shared food selections (Focaccia, Octopus, Duck Ragu, and Crab Al Nero) accompanied by cocktails during our Tuesday evening dinner. We ended with a Tiramisu Martini which is a MUST!!! So amazingly delicious! The atmosphere is classy with the space being very well designed. A patio area is coming soon which is exciting being in the Baseball District. Parking was simple with a parking garage attached to the building and also a few other parking lots close by. From entering the front door to exiting the side door, every single staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly. We are excited to return soon to dive deeper into the menu! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Second time in since they opened. The food is amazing. The staff and owners even better. Shout out to Garin and Erica for being rock stars. Shout out to Mike the bartender, Mike and Pepe for letting us close the place down lol. Keep up the great work!!!!

We dined here tonight. The building is so beautiful. We sat on the second floor and had a great view of the ball field. The draft beer list had great options. My family had the short rib, New Yorker pizza, and the spicy vodka pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. This is a top 5 contender for best restaurants in downtown GVL for sure.

My wife and I are semi residents ( daughter lives here, so now we do part time) and this is got to be one of the best experiences we have had in Greenville in the last 5 years. Not sure where to even start.....the beginning, you walk through the door and you are warmly greeted by "Flan". According to him, there are too many Mikes here. He is so personable and out going, he makes a great first impression of the place. Once you are seated and experience the food, that is the next thing to blow your mind. We have tried multiple items and have yet to be disappointed in anything. What is also great is that the staff really cares that you are having a good experience. One small item did not come out correctly on my wifes order and we were approached by 3 different staff members asking if we were ok. It's over the top, the service they provide. No matter how good the food may be, if service and atmosphere are off, its not going to work. Here, they check all of the boxes. Finally, if you are lucky enough to score a seat at the bar, and Michael is working, you are about to have the best cocktail you may ever have. We remember him from his days at another establishment in town. Seeing him and having one if his cocktails is a great way to end a great evening. In there first two weeks of being open, we went three times!
If I could rate this restaurant with 10 stars I would. Make a reservation, and enjoy a great meal in a wonderful atmosphere.

We were so excited to try this new place and it met and exceeded our expectations! Everything was great from the environment, to the service, to the food! The pizza was our favorite! The portions were perfect and the price is reasonable(average). We got 3 courses, shared them all, first a pizza then pasta then the short rib. Everything was great and the timing between the courses was perfect! Can't wait to go back. Denise was a sweet waitress!

Great addition to GVL! Holly was our great server. We ate light and shared chopped salad and pizza-excellent! Chopped salad was one of the best I had in GVL and the Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese on pizza was sublime. Great wine and cocktail list. They are in process of adding a patio which will enhance the space even more! Highly suggest!
