Tea was great, but I asked if they were able to put extra brown sugar in my milk tea and the dude had a snarky attitude about it and made me feel like I was some kind of fat sugar devouring glutton for politely asking for extra brown sugar, he kept asking what I was talking about and said they can't put more in the drink, which is fine but the attitude wasn't. He went to the back, said something to the other workers and it felt like they were whispering about me and giggling, made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. Handed me my drink without saying a word but the same person told the next customer to have a great day which made me feel more confident that they were talking about me in the back. The giggling started back up as I went to walk out, but Im sure the backhanded bullying is expected from young immature teenagers. Also after reading other lower reviews, seems like the rude grumpy workers are common.
