I’ve ordered delivery a couple times in the past month, first time the order took almost an hour to get here. This time the pizza did not show up crispy. The jalapeño pineapple chicken didn’t have any sauce and the garlic knots were swimming in sauce. Such a disappointment .

Apparently they don't deliver to me when Google says it's a two minute drive. Ordered online, there it said it was fine, got a call a few minutes later saying they don't go here

Avoid this Domino's if you plan to pick up your pizza. The parking lot is riddled with third world level potholes that will eat your car. The front bumper of my new car got badly scraped because I could not avoid a pothole coming into the location.

I've been going to this place for 6 years because it's on the way home from work. About once sometimes twice a week I will order online, and then I will pick up my food in the drive-thru and drive home. Since this business has gone under new management, they make us wait an extraordinarily long time to pick up food. As I'm writing this I've been sitting in the pickup line for 10 minutes and I haven't even seen anyone at the window yet. It's ridiculous.
The first time I thought it was a fluke, but this is happened about four times now. I guess I won't be coming back.

We ordered 4 pizzas at 10am (2 meat lovers, 2 pepperoni) We initially stated we wanted them delivered at 11:45am. The response we got was that the pizzas would be delivered at 11:15am instead. We said ok that’s fine to come early. This was for a lunch and learn presentation so employees were expecting lunch to be there. At 12pm we still had not received any pizzas so I called back to check status. We were told they were busy and didn’t have any drivers right now. It was 45 minutes past our expected time and no one ever reached out to let us know. He said it was going to be at least another HOUR before they could get our pizzas to us. ( 1 - 1:30PM)!! He had no remorse, no sincere apology, no free food for our inconvenience, NOTHING. Terrible customer service!

Appalled at this location. I ordered my free cheesy stuffed bread with rewards points with the carry out option. When I got there, the door was locked! I knocked on the glass, and the employees stood inside talking to each other and ignoring me. After standing outside for several minutes I just got back in the car because I didn’t know what to do. We finally drove around to the pick up window and they gave us our order there. We saw another customer parked who walked up to the pick up window and did the same thing, so I guess we weren’t the only ones. Please don’t make carry out an option if you are going to lock customers out of your building. Thank you.

This location used to be good it just seems like it's going downhill.. I think they also need to wear hair nets and wash their hands.. I saw this first hand I also hope I do not get any germs or sick myself.. for me this is the last time I eat at this location.. I can say the staff was very nice the manager and the delivery drivers the lady that was making the pizzas seemed miserable... Long blonde ponytail! This just does not work for me but in the future I hope they make better improvements.. At this moment I think I'm going to have to try something different for a pizza place.
