I normally get great Pizza and service from this Domino’s. Tonight we had a little bit of an issue with our order. Special thanks to Ashley for making it right beyond my expectation and being so understanding. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and she did a great job of dealing with it.

Ordered from here a woman driver named Jocelyn drove right passed my house gave my order to someone else cause got message it was delivered else where she didn't view apartment numbers when I'm right Infront gate i ordered again they cancelled my order please get better driver's that pay attention to addresses so business doesn't get sued for bank money transactions

I just bought pizza yesterday and this morning I was sick as a crap went to the hospital and they said I had food poisoning.... Y'ALL NEED TO LEARN TO CHECK YALL FOOD BEFORE SELLING IT OBVIOUSLY THE CHEESE WAS OUT OF DATE THE MEAT WAS OUT OF DATE AND THE BREAD TASTED WEIRD. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL FOOD EQUIPMENT ME I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THE SPECIFIC STORE BUT THIS WILL MY LAST EATING FROM HERE ITS NOT CLEAN

Great food and customer service but I thought the place was abandoned. Had tinted windows and wood boarded up the inside windows. Potholes all over the parking lot the size of a tractor trailer tire. Good luck not tearing up your car going through here

I’m honestly disappointed, Dominoes is my go to for pizza and I LOVE the pleasantburg location but they don’t deliver to me and are a little far. I tried delivery from this location once, was 45 minutes late and even though I was sick, I was met with a phone call from the delivery driver saying I had to come down the stairs of my apartment and get the pizza that wasn’t even good myself…I tipped $5 for a 10 minute drive and she couldn’t even be bothered to come up. She got out and walked out of the car just fine.
Today I wanted to try again, I was exhausted and had just gotten home from work. Admittedly, the girl did come to my door this time and was very sweet, but my pizza was over an hour late, tasted awful, and was smushed badly as seen in the picture. I won’t be trying a third time…
Im giving them 5 stars because when theres a problem they ALWAYS make up for it. Great customer service is what it's all about. Great Pizza!

The parking lot at this is an absolute safety hazard! There are huge potholes that are impossible to avoid. On a recent visit (05/04/25). A pothole at this very store flattened a tire on my car! The tire needed replacing so I'm not concerned; however I will be taking my business elsewhere until the parking lot of this store is made safer. Do better domino's... the pizza ain't that good! Especially when lil Ceasars is right next door with a much safer parking lot!
