ordered a pizza and cheese bread online. I arrived before my order was ready on the tracker so I waited til it was ready to get in line. It took 20 minutes for the first car, then after 20 more on the second car I left the line and went to thee front door. The open sign was up but the door was locked. I have had two terrible experiences in a row- the first was a driver who left my pizza at the wrong location despite me giving him explicit Instructions on the phone and I had to call and they weren’t going to do anything until I requested a new pizza and a refund- but I never did get a refund.
