I don't know if the female manager is gone or not but I can tell you that somebody different is making the pizzas! First order they forgot the sausage on the pizza and the thin crust pizza that we got was piled with it! So they remade the pizza and I was still very disappointed. You can tell who makes the pizzas and when they have somebody new that makes them. I was very disappointed and we ordered from you guys at least once a month.

The workers on 7/7/25 were extremely kind and efficient, even when we messed up the order on our end due to the discrepancy with an online coupon. The food was done quickly and looked great!

We didn’t even bother ordering, walk to the front and the doors were locked, guy pointed to the drive thru window. Then at the window we were met with the snarkiest most condescending little prick I’ve encountered while ordering food, we asked simple questions and the guy instead of giving a direct answer would basically make fun of us. 0/10 experience

Stop coming to the window with your nose running messed up my whole order I couldn't eat it after seeing snot running down the man nose and his clothes were filthy as well 🤢 never again

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was $16.. seemed high in price.. when I asked for some Parmesan packets he said they were 50 cents each.. cheap comment.. packets should be free.. Pizza was ok.. done with Dominos..

Worst place. I was the only one on the counter and waited 10 minutes for that dude sitting over there to come and take my order. Then he told me my total for that order is 54 dollars, I was surprised and asked about the prices, and he called the other dude who fixed it, and my total came to 34 dollars. 20 dollars difference, lol. And then, while I was waiting for my order, the white dude with pony hair and glasses who was baking pizzas was talking shit about people there for no reason. Will never come back

This location is good, they just NEVER cut the pizza enough. Always have to cut it more at home. They also are really bad about not putting toppings on pizzas. I’ve had so many times I’ve gotten home and realized they forgot something.

Don't order from this store if want pizza ever delivered this century. Waited an hour and still no delivery. Called to check on twice. No help whatsoever. Could have cared less and rude!!

Driver left our pizza on the ground outside after we left specific instructions to knock. The neighborhood cats piss on our porch so our pizza was left in cat piss. Portion for mac n cheese was absolutely pathetic. Got our sauce order wrong as well. Pizzas were not cut all the way through.

This is the second time in two months that I've waitied over 90 minutes for my order. I stil have no idea if it's even coming. Back in the day when things worked you could track your pizza. Now online my order is still in prep mode but when I call it says it's boxed and ready for someone to deliver. Fool me twice. I'm done.

Its quick pizza and close so we order from them regularly - but the amount of times it is over 2 hours late, missing item, calling and getting hung up on is insane… we will be moving on to a different chain bc its been years and this is crazy

Poor customer service. Really seem like yall hate the job.
