Literally get it right everytime and quick too! Super friendly staff, everytime I've gone for takeout instead of delivery everyone's having what seems like a good time while working. Perfect portioning with multiple toppings, the thin crust (my favorite) is always crispy and sauced correctly. 10/10 a credit to the company. Will be ordering again, no doubt sooner rather than later.

Ive talked to the manager Nichole several times but this last time was awful. I ordered last Saturday 2/15/2025 and the online service was not working so after 15 minutes of me trying to order, i called the store. I talked to Nichole and again she was rude and disrespectful. When ever i tried to speak she wouldn't let me and afterwards she just put the phone down and totally disrespected me as a customer. Yall need to train people how to talk to customers and know there job but she clearly do not know how to conduct herself as a domino's employee. I tried to ask her one question but she over talked me. Im actually fed up with this particular store because its not my fault if anything that goes wrong. As much as i like domino's pizza, is making it hard for me to support because your management doesn't appreciate there customer. Because if they did they wouldn't get multiple bad reviews. The pizza's are great but management is sorry. Poor leadership at this store 😢

This is about the most rudest place of all time . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this dominos. Nicole the general manager is EXTREMELY rude. 1st they said my order would take 30 35 mins. Took them a hour
Messed up by order. Called back she said she'd fix it with an attitude and hung up the phone. Tried calling back to figure out what to do with this food and If they were bringing it or did I have to come get it and she picked the phone up and hung it up. Called back again. And she started yelling and raising her voice. I will be calling corporate offices first thing in the morning. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOMINOS IVE EVER SEEN. And I go to dominos all the time. Atleast 2 times a week

Food and delivery were fast, no issues at all except Ashley, our driver banged on our door loud enough the downstairs neighbors could hear 😂

Why is the front door locked when they opened 2 hours earlier? I was knocking and the worker inside just ignored me. I ordered my pizza online so I knew they must be open but open. My guess is the employee didn’t want sent walk-in orders that’s why she left the front door locked and the open sign turned off.

I used Uber to order Domino's - big mistake. My order was placed around 7:05pm, delivery was estimated between 7:35-7:55, but a driver had not begun the pickup until 8:00. They weren't answering the phone, and you can't cancel the order of Uber is not delivering. I don't know how many orders the Domino's driver was carrying, but a store that is a 5-10min drive from my home did not arrive until 8:35. I don't accept the excuse that there is only one driver for this store -manage your store. Set realistic delivery expectations, stop taking orders for delivery if you don't have drivers.

I ordered food over an hour ago. It’s literally a pizza and bread. I guess they don’t do that 30 minute or free thing no more. I would have just went and grabbed food. By the time is comes I done forgot what I’m getting.

Called with a question to clarify I needed to pick up my free emergency pizza inorder to get it and the manager, I assume by the way she was talking, was very rude to the employee I was speaking to on the phone. I also overheard her mocking me in the background when I had a follow up question. I feel bad for the employees that work under her (hopefully it wasn't the owner) I suggest someone have a talk with her about etiquette. Shout out to the employee who answered the phone, don't let her keep you down brother. Get that bag.

Prompt service, friendly staff. Overheard a lady on the phone taking the order of an elderly person and I have never heard anyone be so gracious and helpful taking a phone order! Was very impressed!

I ordered pizza on my lunch break 11/18/24 at 12:12 pm. My pizza did not come until after 3:15pm. I had to call the store to complain. I was informed that there is only one driver doing deliveries and that I need to have patience. I informed the worker on the phone that I have been patient for 3 hours and that my break was over. I called to see if the driver got lost. I told the worker that if short staffed maybe they should make it known online or disable deliveries for a while. This giving the customer the option to come to the store or choose somewhere else to go. The customer service I received was poor. I had to ask for a credit. This isn't the store that I usually order from. However, it's the closest to my job.
