We had stopped ordering from Domino's because the quality was always so poor. On a whim with a coupon, we tried them again. It was perfect (except we ordered no olives & got olives). When we called, the manager was super kind & understanding & gave us a free one on the house. WOW Domino's has changed their game.

I’ve been ordering delivery from this store for many years but the last 3 times have been a total disaster. Last night will be my last attempt. Ordered on the app and after an hour it was still in prep. I call the store and sit on hold for 20 minutes. Finally I’m told they aren’t making orders for delivery because they didn’t have a driver. I said it would have been nice if you called but before I could finish I was hung up on. Seems like there are employees trying to sabotage this store so I certainly don’t trust the food to be safe.
Went through the drive thru to pay for my order that I placed over the phone. The guy at the window, he was so rude. It’s like he was mad that I pulled up to pay for my pizza. He even blew me off with his hand and then told me to go park & he’ll call my name when it’s ready. Attitude was terrible, customer service was trash!

This place as far as the night shift is just atrocious. The girl motioned for my husband to go to the drive thru and when he got there the girl just looked at him and totally ignored him after he rung the bell. She was to busy talking with her co-workes and goofing off to even take an order and do their jobs. They'd rather lock the door and ignore anyone going through the drive thru and just sit around doing nothing but talk and get paid for it. I'll never visit this restaurant again. I'll go to easley from now on.

This is 3rd bad experience, I have waited over hour for my order and still waiting. I have put in for delivery order and had go pick up several times. When you call store the manager will tell you it's on the way,but that's just yo get you off phone
