Bad services and bad manger... they give me wrong order and they want me to pay more to fix it
Said they opened at 7. Stopped at 7:35 doors were locked and no one was there
All I got was a black coffee. The price was absurdly high, but my biggest complaint was the utter rudeness of the staff!!

Placed an app order and went through the drive thru to pick up. When I got to the window I was not acknowledged but handed my coffee but not my bacon. After a few minutes I was handed my bacon, still no words were spoken. The bacon was RAW! I went in and the same guy walked over and I told him I would like something else or a refund to which he walked off and returned a few minutes later with a new order of bacon without saying one word to me. Customer service was awful!!

The lady at the window was very rude. She had a mad face the whole time she was giving me my order. I sent my bacon back because it was not cooked and the sent it back burnt.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’s. I have been there three times and the first time the service was slow. The second and third time the service was still slow, but I was served by an employee who on two different days was wearing the same blue stained shirt with dripping stains of food and drink on the shirt. The coffee tasted off on all three visits.

I'm writing this after a truly awful experience at Dunkin' today, and frankly, I'm still shocked about it. As a working parent, I rely on my coffee, and I always grab a bag of brew at home Dunkin. I know exactly how it should taste, which is why I was surprised when the last bag I opened tasted stale and just plain bad. It had to have been a bad batch.
So, I brought the bag and my receipt back to the store this afternoon, fully expecting a simple, no-fuss exchange. Nope.
First, the employee at the counter was immediately rude, practically rolling their eyes when I explained the problem. They refused to help and called over the manager. That's when things went from bad to worse.
The manager was even more dismissive and downright insulting. Despite me having the receipt and explaining that I buy this product all the time, they flat-out refused to exchange the coffee. They spoke to me with a tone that was completely unprofessional and acted like I was trying to pull a fast one.
The absolute worst part? My daughter was standing right there and had to witness the manager's aggressive, rude talk. That's a memory no parent wants their kid to have—watching someone treat their parent like dirt over a bag of coffee.
This isn't how you treat a loyal customer. I left with my bad coffee and I immediately opened a case on the Dunkin' app because that manager needs some serious customer service training. I work hard for my money, and I expect basic respect, especially when there's clearly an issue with a product. I won't be back to this location anytime soon.
There's plenty of other places nearby to get coffee. No sense in giving any business to this Dunkin location. They simply are the rudest people I've met here in Greenville.

Ordered online at 851. Get to the store at 9 and only part of the order is done. Watch multiple orders go out and try to get the attention of an employee. He ignores me. Finally, the guy making the food (who seemed to be doing all the work) turns around and I ask for the rest of the order. He proceeds to take a plastic package out of a fridge/freezer. It had even been started. Not sure if they forgot or just hoped I would take what I had a leave without getting $6 of what was paid. Either way, I did get what I ordered but won’t be back to this location.
