Great experience today. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. What’s more is that there was engagement while I waited for my food. “Here’s your coffee, your hot food is coming right up.” What! I was so impressed. Just being acknowledged rather you’re busy or not makes a huge difference. Made my day. ?

The food is made well and the drinks are consistently great! The staff is so awesome and nice. They always greet me cheerfully in the morning and any other time I come in. You know what you’re going to get from Dunkin but the staff here makes sure you have the best experience possible.

I haven't been here in a year so I decided why not, let's get breakfast. It's safe to say that nothing has changed. They still had you frozen food. Why can't you guys cook the food? It's a 2 minute thing. Why even bother offering food when you don't cook it? Waste of money.

Love Dunkin! However this location. I went to on October 31st. Got a large Cold Brew butter pecan flavor and caramel flavor. Turned out it tasted like chocolate. So I called spoke to Josiah he said he could remake my order. So I went the next day and asked for Josiah. He told me he never spoke to me he spoke to someone a week ago. Like how dumb can you be? I have a picture of my order and call log. Luckily the GM was able to still remake my order. But JOSIAH needs to be fired.

The cashier was sweet and all but it cost me $35 for two ice coffees and two sandwiches and a dozen donuts to take home and everything was pretty bad. I threw my coffee in the trash and also half the donuts, they were stale. I should have known better than to go in the afternoon.

I had never been to this location and had decided to use a gift card here. I pulled into the parking lot and it looked old and dirty. I went to the drive thru to see what my daughter and I would like to order. We asked for a moment to order and decided on a Halloween special donut. They told us they were out in a most unfriendly way. We asked for another moment so we could decide what to order next. (No one was behind us in line.) The person at the drive thru mumbled something that seemed rude so I said, "Excuse me?" They didn't say anything else, but I decided that was not the location we would like to order from and drove off. Service was awful, and so is the location from what I can see. Never tried anything on the menu. Bad service can ruin it all. The whole location could use a facelift.
