The workers was high as a kite messed up my order twice and when I went back the second time because the removed the egg (and cheese) off the sandwich no longer had cheese the incompetent woman handed me cheese in a bag. What a waste of $12 an hour.

Disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts. When I asked for a cup of water, I was told there would be a $0.33 charge for the cup. When I offered to provide my own cup instead, I was told this wasn't allowed. The staff was inflexible and unhelpful. This type of restrictive policy and poor customer service has ensured I won't be returning

went back this morning and finally some people that dont look dirty and look like drug addicts. the last few white males that worked there were not presentable . they just hire anybody these days. it was refreshing to see a clean person this morning. the little white girl was so clean and nice! i used to pull off once i seen the staff. hire cleaner people! its better for business

Very bad service; the woman who serves you is always bitter and answers whenever she feels like it, just to make people leave. If she doesn't want to work, she should stay home. It's always closed, they only serve you in the Drive Thru!!

This is an awful dunkin. I went through the drive through and the cashier dropped my change outside and didn’t even offer to pick it up or apologize about it. She said nothing to me, just handed me my drink. The service is awful and my drinks are never made correctly. They need to step it up and I can’t believe they call themselves a business.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it never improves. This morning, I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich, and after waiting 15 minutes, I ended up leaving without my sandwich (even though I had already paid for it.) One of the employees were on break and the girl at the drive-thru, I guess, did not want to make the sandwich? I am honestly not sure but she went outside to get the other employee to do it and he took his time with coming in. While I’m not asking for a refund since I chose to leave, it’s clear that they really need to improve. The staff members are consistently rude and unprofessional, which is frustrating.

We pulled up to the drive through for breakfast, as soon as we pulled in we were getting snapped at by the drive through staff to tell an order before we even had a chance to say one moment to look at the menu. After we were ready she started snapping at us again, so we left since there are definitely other dunkins we could go to.

I don't know why in the world this Dunkin Donuts would allow only one staff person to work by themselves. I never have any problems with the food or drink orders, but I feel horrible for the staff who have to run an entire building all alone. The Travelers Rest location has also done the same. It's not safe and it can lead to mistakes and disgruntled customers. How can Dunkin provide a good atmosphere when you have one staff member running both the inside and drive thru? Do better than this Dunkin. Pay your employees better.
Dietary restrictions: More gluten free items, especially the brownies that were once sold.
