Every single time I come it's only 1 person in there. She's rude and lazy. Everytime I come they say they are not doing food at the moment when it should be food all day.

I give them no stores and the reason being is because when you come, they’re very rude they never have anything and if you come an hour before closing, they’re out of donuts they’re out of iced coffee. They’re out of hot coffee. They have nothing that you can sell you.

Haven't been to this particular store for quite a while because they hardly ever have what I want and the service generally sucks but I had a hankering for a donut and it was on the way to work so thought I'd give them another try. Big mistake. I placed a mobile order for a half dozen donuts at 7:26AM, got there at 8:02AM and they hadn't even started my order (it was not particularly busy and there were at least 6 people in the back). The guy that put my order together complained the whole time and announced that he had no pumpkin donuts (I only ordered 1), said he didn't receive any from the bakery. Ridiculous, it's literally only a couple of days since they made their big 'PUMPKIN IS BACK!' announcement, you would think they would make sure their locations were fully stocked. When I got to work and opened the box, the donuts are literally HALF the size they used to be. Seriously. Do better for your future customers Dunkin, I will not be one of them. This location is THE WORST. Next time, if there is a next time I will go out of my way to the Laurens Rd. location, have never had a problem there.

Honestly kind of impressed at how consistently wrong they get orders. I’ve been coming here 2-3 times a week since the free medium drink deal. Every single time something is wrong with the order and I’m not customizing or being difficult. How do you forget sausage on a sausage egg and cheese? Thanks for keeping it real over at Dunkin.

The workers was high as a kite messed up my order twice and when I went back the second time because the removed the egg (and cheese) off the sandwich no longer had cheese the incompetent woman handed me cheese in a bag. What a waste of $12 an hour.

Disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts. When I asked for a cup of water, I was told there would be a $0.33 charge for the cup. When I offered to provide my own cup instead, I was told this wasn't allowed. The staff was inflexible and unhelpful. This type of restrictive policy and poor customer service has ensured I won't be returning

went back this morning and finally some people that dont look dirty and look like drug addicts. the last few white males that worked there were not presentable . they just hire anybody these days. it was refreshing to see a clean person this morning. the little white girl was so clean and nice! i used to pull off once i seen the staff. hire cleaner people! its better for business
