3 people working the drive thru, I was greeted when I walked in only to stand at the register for 7 minutes without being able to order. I left without ordering as they were ignoring those inside for the drive thru line.

This location should be bustling! It’s right across the street from a major hospital. Yet it’s empty! I know why now! The worst! Pretty sure there is 1 employee. Lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon. No one ever answers the phone. Can’t leave a message because voicemail isn’t set up. Left my debit card and tried to call over 20 times. The owner of this location should really sell if they don’t care more than this. There is ZERO reason for this location to be so bad!

Packed with the employees’ friends. Bathrooms were nasty. They act like you shouldn’t be there when you go to order. Broken glass in the drive thru too so watch your wheels.

Would give a 0 but in the off chance they once in a while get an order right and it’s good. Staff is rude, ghetto, probably too high to actually realize they even messed up your order. Wouldn’t normally complain but after mistake after mistake it’s obnoxious. I like Dunkin but this is not the one to stop at

whenever i come to this location for ice coffee it’s always so weak and watered down compared to the ice coffee i get from the easley location and i add 2 shots of espresso to it as well and it’s still watered down and syrup is just sitting at the bottom of the cup not stirred enough. i’d like to come to this location more because it’s close to work but their ice coffee always sucks
Drive thru can be rough at times. On wait and wrong items. They got me once recently, so now I check before I drive away. Found another mistake today. Staff is friendly, and smoking by the door by the drivethru window is kind of nasty. Then going in to touch stuff....definitely not a sanitary store.

I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts location after a bad experience I had there two weeks ago. The cashier was horribly rude and had an attitude about even grabbing a donut for me or providing me with creamer for my coffee (when I forgot to add it on the app with my mobile order). She slammed my donut on the counter whenever they forgot it with my mobile order. I tried to ask the people in the back, but they said “we’re busy.” Well maybe if your front of house staff was nicer, I wouldn’t be bothering you. Until this place gets a mindset makeover, I will not be returning.

Antonio is probably the worst cashier I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and it’s not even really his fault it’s poor management why would a manager only have one person to run an entire store alone. The worst part is my coffee was horrible and he wouldn’t remake it so I wasted $5 on a coffee that wasn’t drinkable lets hope the munchkins aren’t dried and and horrible

Don't waste your time coming to this location if you like your coffee made correctly. The new employee is very rude and will refuse to fix your drink because you tasted it! I've never had them refuse to fix or remake a drink for me here as I'm a regular (that regularly asks for a fix/remake, shows the inconsistency) I been visiting a different location and they make it perfect every time! Why is it difficult for this location to get it right? Management is a joke as well

A heads-up to any customers going to this location today 1/16/25: There’s a female employee being awful to customers. My coworker was just there this morning and treated absolutely horrible. This employee berated and belittled her over the most minor inconvenience. We work in healthcare, and have both worked in the service industry before. This woman’s behavior was completely uncalled for and totally unacceptable. I wish I knew the name of the employee to call her out directly. Fortunately, my coworker has already contacted corporate. Clearly, management needs to address this issue immediately. All the recent reviews are negative. Please fix this for the community.

I went to pickup a doordash today (12/19) and the atmosphere and employees were absolutely horrible. They were so rude to everyone in the lobby. I went to the doordash/moble order counter and they didn't even acknowledge me for 8 minutes. I finally went to the other counter and told someone I had a doordash. They very rudely told me I needed to wait. I stepped back and waited even longer. They then turned their rudeness onto an elderly lady that was asking for sugar. Finally after being in there for almost 15mins they called out names of 2 doordashes that was sitting on the counter (one was mine). I noticed they didn't give the customer her donuts so I said something about it. She rudely said she didn't order any donuts. I showed her the receipt and she went and bagged them up then came and slammed them on the counter. As I was leaving they were all cussing and saying very rude things.
