I used to come to the store all the time but the way the manager handles her customers and even handles her stuff is extremely rude! I don't know how the staff put up being treated that way! They always mess up my order I never get a smile from anyone and I witnessed on more than one occasion outburst from Management in the store. Would not recommend this location.

Drinks are bearable. I go to Dunkin because of the Worldy issues with Starbucks but I’ve only ever been let down. The one in Cherrydale is disgusting so I’ve started going to this one which isn’t any better. I just ordered a Chai Latte and received a cup of WHITE MILK. Just whole milk. There’s no chai in it. I hate this Dunkin. I don't understand why the one in Greer is so friendly, and delivers quality food and service. This one is closer to my job, so it's just easier. But the people are rude, the food is lackluster, and the coffee is awful. My coffee this morning was supposed to be the holiday signature thing, but it burnt my tongue and only taste like plain coffee I could've just made at home.

Do not go to this Dunkin. I first reviewed this Dunkin years ago and every few months we give it another chance. It gets worse every time. Missing items, incorrect orders, unavailable items, lack of staff, drive through only with a 20+ car long queue when I placed an app order to save time. Again... Do not go to this

11/30/24 7:30am. I have never been to an establishment where the employees were so rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I had placed a mobile order. Went through drive thru were they informed me they didn’t have hibiscus tea in their store, which they did two days prior when I went through. They offered me green tea which I replied no thank you. One lady shouts at me do I have the card I placed order with. I informed her I placed a mobile order and paid through Apple Pay. The other girl then shouts do you have any kind of card? I’ll put it back on any card. I gave her my debit card which she snatched out of my hand. While she was processing the refund both the ladies decided to start making facial gestures and running their mouth. It was the rudest service. I never even had a chance to say anything because these two were so abrasive. I will not be back to this Dunkin’. I work way too hard for my money to be treated that way. I orders a bacon, egg and cheeses wrap. It was hard I couldn’t bite into it. The egg was almost burnt. Do yourself a favorite and find your treats somewhere besides this store. Hopefully management will get this store under control.

very rude cashier, messed up the order. there was no one else there. completely empty drive thru and restaurant, there was no reason to be rude from the very beginning as soon as we pull into the drive thru and then not come to window or greet us when we are waiting for the food and then treat us like we are an inconvenience for even coming to dunkin. this happened at 3pm on september 19th.

The owner of this place should fire these little kids here. I had to wait for 15 minutes waiting for the forks who are talking about boy friend, girl friend business. I tried to say hello, someone just saw me & went back without asking anything. I just left them talking about their boyfriends. Shame..!! Get rid of these kids. Not professional at all

This might actually be the worst Dunkin Donuts in America. It smells like spoiled milk as soon as you walk in. There were two people working, one was training. The other was actually less useful. He was watching videos on his phone, while taking my order. Like, actively interacting with his phone while taking my order. This is why Dunkin Donuts are going under.

Definitley needs some better management and more productive staff , I get we all struggle but we waited close to 35 minute with only 3 cars in drive through and they were out of about every donut option. The person in the drive through wasn’t very friendly and the presentation of the items were definitely disappointing
