Ordered a hot coffee and got iced, was fine with it so didn’t mention anything, and the drive thru employee was already having a nasty attitude . I placed a order for the 2 wrap meal deal got those, and a chicken wrap , which I also received just fine, BUT I Also ordered 4 orders of the 6 pc hash brown , and when I got my order I asked if this is everything she gave an attitude and said Mhm . Not “here u go, this is ur order “ nothing. I drive away and realized she literally gave me 1 order of hashbrowns, yet I was charged for it . I go back and tell her and she says ok. So what do u want me to do? U want me to make you 3 orders of hashbrowns ? ??? Seriously what question is that? Yes I was charged for it so , yes , technically you HAVE to make me my hashbrowns that I ordered and PAID for . Horrible employee hires .

Was waiting to place order and an person walked in cut line the employee got that persons stuff. While there was already a line of people waiting. Then the Owner told me it was my job to tell hi he cut line? And said I was being rude. What?

We always love to grab breakfast at Dunkin but the service at this location was terrible! The girl working the drive thru on the morning of June 28th was very rude. She did not repeat our order or tell us the total and she got the order wrong. When we got to the window we tried to ask her a question about the payment and she walked off. Thankfully the guy working there stepped in to help us and he was so nice! She is the reason we will never come back to this location.

I ordered a frozen coffee, waited 10 minutes, then was told that they still had to put the blender together… I was on the way to a doctors appointment so I couldn’t wait any longer. They refuse to refund the order, but would only give me an iced coffee instead - insisting it was the same price but ignoring the fact that it’s not what I wanted, not what I ordered, and not what I waited over ten minutes for!! They never apologized for the wait or for the fact they couldn’t make me the drink I paid for. Extremely rude - just turned their backs on me and walked away. The whole ordeal made my wife late for her ultrasound. Never going back here unless they hire better people.

If you want good beverages, at least okay tasting food and good service, don't come here. Drinks taste watered down, donuts are stale and staff is absolutely horrid and rude. The fact they have multiple reviews about it and have done nothing to resolve it speaks volumes about how much this location just doesn't care.

I used to come to the store all the time but the way the manager handles her customers and even handles her stuff is extremely rude! I don't know how the staff put up being treated that way! They always mess up my order I never get a smile from anyone and I witnessed on more than one occasion outburst from Management in the store. Would not recommend this location.
