this dunkin is on my way to work, this morning i asked for a hot dunkalatte with some caramel and extra sugar it literally tasted like water. i’ve had issues with this dunkin before i went one time and they gave me a croissant that was burnt so bad i couldn’t even bite into it. i’ve ordered a hot coffee before and gotten iced but i don’t think i’ll be going back ive just had too many bad experiences.

Heavy set white girl yelled at me through the intercom as I was explaining what type of munchkins I wanted. (They were wrong) shocker. Then it took them 15 minutes to make a coffee and the munchkins. I get you hate your life but don’t take it out on me. Def won’t be back.

I was very surprised to see a dunkin which was not packed on a Saturday morning... now I know why. Both coffees in my order were incorrect and not good at all. Food was okay but im sure it was microwaved anyways so not too hard to mess up.

I love this location. Morning crew is often understaffed and overwhelmed. They still get the order right and are pleasant to interact with. I do feel for them though. Wish I could jump in and help sometimes.

Too many bad experiences dealing with this location. Most recent was a delivery order. Clearly ordered hot coffee and they sent iced coffee. In the past I went in the store to put 20$ on my dunkin account, paid cash... as soon as I left store they canceled the transaction and kept my 20$ no funds to my account.

My bagel was great but why are my hash browns balled up in my bag soggy & ugly. There was no line so rushing was unnecessary.
Terrible customer service. Incredibly Rude and horrible mismanaged. Always claiming to not have anything no matter what it is you try to order. They do not care at all about the customer. The place is unkept looking as well. Would not go here, go to the other one in Greer instead.

Don't know who the manager of this location is but they better get their ship in order before these lazy employees sink it. Corporate needs to pay this location an unannounced visit sometime. The staff working on Saturday September 20th at 5:00 p.m. were very rude and unprofessional. I regret leaving money in their tip jar. First I walk past one of the employees to go inside the employee inside was sitting in the corner facing the floor looking at his phone I was unaware he was even an employee, I go outside to talk to the other one who gets irritated with me and tells me that's just someone inside and they both come in they get confused by what a latte is I'm always waiting outside for my ride they were using the drive-thru speaker to try and harass me. 7-Eleven might not have all the options but their employees are much nicer.

They were mean. Said latte machine was broken as a mean joke didn’t say anything for a while then said okay got the latte on there what else. Then when we payed they said ur card declined then threw the card and receipt back because it did go through, they were just being rood. They also smooshed my dounughts together in the bag.
