Coffee is generally good, food has a weird under-taste, like chemicals. Still get my coffee there . Mobile Service is pretty slow at this location.

I visited Dunkin Donuts on Woodruff on December 14th at approximately 12:30 PM. Upon entering, I noticed the cashier wiping his eyes and face and expressing that he was tired. This behavior is quite unsanitary and concerning. I have provided the date and time for reference, and I encourage you to review the surveillance footage if necessary. It is unacceptable for an employee to handle food while exhibiting such behavior. Additionally, what is the purpose of wearing gloves if they are touching everything and then handling food without changing them? I urge you to address these cleanliness issues and improve the standards in your establishment. Thank you.

The last couple of times my hot coffee has been watered down. I don't notice it until Im at my destination. Even added mybown creamer at work at couldn't revive it.Very disappointing

My husband and I stopped by the other day during the evening and a young lady who is an employee, was displaying some odd behavior. She sat on a man's lap outside the store and it was honestly appalling. I don't want to see that when I'm trying to get a coffee, trashy. I will be going to the dunkin donuts in mauldin instead.

The worker’s nails are absolutely disgusting, completely dust with black grime under their nails. it’s been two workers atp, and neither have gloves on. I understand they are at the window, but knowing that’s the only person I come in contact with: does not make me want to eat the literal food I’m buying. It’s gross. Will not be back anymore

I go through the drive through 3-4 times a week with a mobile order on the way to work at around 6 am. I am always greeted by Rebecca and another staff member. They are so kind. Even when there is a line in the drive through they move quickly. I changed to this Dunkin from the one on grove road (closer to my work) for the better experience.

Not sure who working there thought it was funny to give me milk with ice but next time probably should just say your machine is broken (if that was even the case) and ask if you can make something else. I didnt get my donut either and the bacon in my sandwhich was burnt. 3/3 of my order ruined... Congrats if your goal was to make sure i never get food there again.

Every time I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts, they don’t make my coffee, correct and try to tell me that they did. The one by my house always makes it correct but sometimes I have to go to this one If I’m dropping my husband off at work. Today really did it for me though, and I won’t be back! Not only did they make my coffee wrong again ( it was tart and dark) when I said make it light And try to tell me that I’m wrong, They gave me caffeine when I asked for decaf. Due to a surgery, I had I can’t have caffeine. It affects me different. So now I’m at my house feeling horrible. They literally never get it right and I’m always paying for gross coffee And they’ve messed up my food plenty of times. I just feel like they need better training over there!
